This place was AWESOME!! We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of room, with some to spare. We were only a 7 minute drive from the East Falls Church Metro stop. The house was spotless. Bedrooms were roomy, and there were four full bathrooms to accommodate our large group. The next time we are in the Washington, D.C. area, I will definitely be looking to stay at this place again. We got a lot of bang for our buck. The best part was how helpful our host was. Very communicative. Check-in was simple. COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR ANYTHING BETTER!!

Our stay at Mark’s Georgetown townhome was absolutely wonderful. Mark was a responsive and cordial host, providing great recommendations for local dining, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and nearby highlights. The home’s location is perfect—steps from the heart of historic Georgetown and a short hop to everything D.C. has to offer. The driveway parking was an invaluable bonus. The home itself is high-end, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured, with every thoughtful detail considered. The kitchen was fully stocked for gourmet cooking, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day of touring. This townhome truly felt like a welcoming retreat, and we would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

We had a really good stay here. The house is very new and nice, with comfortable beds and good heating / AC. The kitchen and living room are very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes as well. There are 2 dedicated parking spots and a fenced front yard area to hang out. The checkout instructions include putting linens in a basket, taking the trash out, and doing dishes. There is also a property manager in the basement with a separate entrance, but we never had issues or heard them.

Uche our host and the Victorian Xscape home was perfect for our family vacation in Alexandria. The home was beautifully maintained, exquisitely decorated with attention to details. Uche was responsive, friendly and welcoming from beginning to end. His team even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us to the home. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, fully stocked with kitchen appliances, flatware pots , coffee maker, Nespresso maker, Instapot, pans , dinnerware which allowed us to make a beautiful family meal and make memories for years to come. He even provided us with a wonderful guide of places to visit that was family friendly. Anytime we are in the area we will be utilizing Uche properties for years to come. 5 star home and experience! The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very clean and spacious, has everything needed for the stay. Would highly recommend.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! The host greeted us warmly when we arrived and made us feel right at home. We were welcomed with a delicious cup of organic tea, which set the tone for a peaceful and serene visit. The home was exactly as described—beautifully decorated, cozy, and eco-friendly. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for us to cook dinner during our stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was fantastic, in between a charming neighborhood with a great mix of local mom-and-pop shops and well-known stores. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Courtney's place was perfect for our trip! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, there are restaurants just a short walk away, and it was a quick drive to downtown. The place was very clean and comfortable with some natural light despite being a basement apartment. This didn't bother us because we had to be up early, but if you're a light sleeper be aware that the sound travels from above since it's a basement apartment.

Ciarra and Deven were amazing hosts! Their home was in a prime location, affordable, and provided excellent accommodations. I arrived in the city earlier than expected, and they did not hesitate to provide an early check-in. The home was beautiful and very peaceful. I will definitely recommend staying in their home when in town.

We were so happy with this basement apartment and location. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Most days we drove to the mall parking garage near the Pentagon and took the metro from Pentagon City station to the Smithsonian station (the pre-loaded $30 card available online was perfect for our stay). Driving from the unit to Arlington took mere minutes. It isn't too far from Mt. Vernon either. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would stay here again! The current pictures under sell the unit. We were very happy to find it was bigger than expected. It could use a little updating, but we didn't mind. All we did was sleep, eat some breakfast, and return each night with aching feet and legs from a typical day of walking D.C.

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

We wanted to thank you for being so accommodating with our last minute requests and working with us to make sure we had a safe and clean place near the hospital. House was in a great location. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Maketto.

I had an exceptional stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy living area. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a short walk to a trader joe’s and CVS, making daily errands convenient. Check-in was seamless, and Rodrigo was an outstanding host!responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. He promptly answered all my questions and ensured that my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Perfect stay in DC with a view of the Capitol. Easy to reach, plenty of „free“ parking, plenty of space in the apartment and everything in walking distance. Liz was easy to chat with and flexible with check in/out. We will Come back for another DC visit.

We stayed here while visiting Washington DC. It was a peaceful place to retire to after a day in the busy city. Peaceful and safe residential condo area. Internet worked great, and was cozy. We thought it was a great value for the location. We drove to and parked at the Dunn Loring Metro station for trips into the city..

Comfortable modern, well maintained appartment , perfect location near metro and Bethesda center with shops and restaurants. Our host was responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here for tourism or work.

Our family of six adults fit comfortably in this condo. We chose it because of the historical neighborhood charm, walk ability to the Metro, and the amenities provided, and we were very satisfied. Nice touches provided such as complimentary bottle of wine, games, and chargeable metro cards. Would highly recommend!
