I truly enjoyed my stay at Mr. Theo’s place. We needed a short term stay (2.5 months) while our house was being built and Mr. Theo was a God send! Mr. Theo’s place was clean and absolutely beautiful. The place has everything you need for a short or longer visit. Mr. Theo is the best host. He was always responsive to my questions and truly treats you like family. If you are looking for a place to stay make your booking you won’t regret it.

Lovely large apartment. Not a basement at all. More of a walk out - it has lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen. Previous review about common space unfounded. Totally secure. You can use laundry - pretty sweet - which is shared we are biking to C&O canal and it is well located for that! Thank you!

I had an amazing experience staying at Jim’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. Jim was a fantastic host. He was responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located Airbnb.

We loved our stay at Harry's Place. Isabella was a great host, the check-in was super easy. The apartment was lovely, more than enough room for a couple, and a beautiful view of the river on the patio. The location can't be beat in Occoquan Historic District. We would stay there again!

Getting to and from the major attractions of the city were real easy from Miss Lillian place, especially with the detailed itinerary she prepared, breaking down each day was super helpful. This also included information on the most economical way to get around town. A definite recommendation. Thank you so much for hosting us.

My team an I stayed at the place for 2 weeks for work and let me tell you... it's all about location; we were 3 mins away from the mall we were working on and that was everything. Place was clean and pristine, the only thing is the internet in that area is kind slow but, other than that, couldn't ask for more. Zhenni was extremely helpful, very proactive and quick to response always and I really appreciate that and all her help... if we have to go back to the area, definitely will try to book her place again.

My husband and I stayed with our two middle-school-aged children for a week and found it to work perfectly for our needs. It was an easy walk to the metro, and the noise didn't bother us. We shopped daily at Whole Foods. We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved. I would stay in this location again. The parking is a bit difficult on Mondays and Tuesdays due to the street sweeper rules, but with patience, we found parking.

Very responsive. Thought we lost the key to the room and he responded right away. It wasn’t lost. Just hidden in all the totes and bags we had from our convention. Quiet neighborhood and very walkable to the Gaylord.
