A simple apartment, but in a perfect location with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The property includes an art gallery, which adds a truly special touch. The hosts, Ruzanna and Ruben, were incredibly kind and warm-hearted – Ruzanna even cooked us the most delicious traditional dinner and gave us a personal tour of the gallery. I would absolutely recommend this place for a unique and authentic Garni experience!

Sehr nette, saubere und gemütlighe Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, sehr gut erreichbar, nur ein paar Minuten bon den Wings of Tatev, der Seilbahn zum Kloster entfernt. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit dem Strom, doch Nelli und die Nachbarin, die auch das Frühstück macht, waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben schnell geholfen. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und reichlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Danke an Nelli und die liebe Nachbarin!

Дом был хорошим, хозяин в целом дружелюбным. Все было хорошо, но есть маленькие мелочи, на которые обратили внимание - во всем доме было несколько рулонов туалетной бумаги и дополнительных рулонов хозяин не оставил. Во дворе дома стоял большой стол со стульями, они были весьма грязными, скорее всего мы были первыми гостями, которые воспользовались ими за этот год, иначе я не могу объяснить почему на их грязь никто не обратил внимание. Хочу отметить, что дом снаружи выглядит не очень современно, но внутри все ок. Есть все блага цивилизации. В целом могу рекомендовать этот дом, так как для краткосрочного отдыха он вполне подходит.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

Нас было 5 человек, семья от 9 до 72 лет, останавливались на неделю - все чувствовали себя как дома. Одна спальня даже не пригодилась. Супер просторное жилье, все необходимое и даже больше. Новая техника, все работает. Отличная постель и белоснежные полотенца. Двор с барбекю и всеми удобствами на уличной оборудованной кухне - мы делали там шашлык, вместе с хозяином. Классная опция - жить вне городского шума и жары. Ya** такси приезжал мгновенно, до центра города - 2-3€, в аэропорт - 5€. Не берите в аренду машину - оно того не стоит. Доставка из магазинов и ресторанов от Ya** - очень удобная опция, круглосуточно. Абсолютно рекомендую квартиру, обязательно приедем еще! Спасибо, Грачик джан!

No place is perfect, but this one is pretty close. A great combination of esthetically pleasing laconic interior and cozy home-like atmosphere. Appliances are abundant and working. Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

This was a great apartment right in the center of Yerevan managed by a great host. The traffic around Tumanyan street can be very noisy and busy but that’s expected from such a central location.

This place was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed and more - spotlessly clean, beautiful lighting, air conditioning, heated floors, and all the necessary appliances. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a supermarket and pharmacy right in the building. There’s also a 24/7 concierge, which made me feel super safe - 10/10! One of the best stays I’ve had in Yerevan. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Alice's apartment was perfect, centrally located in a buzzing part of town, yet private enough that you could get away from it all. Amenities were all first class and you really couldn't pick a better spot for a stay in Yerevan.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
