Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Arroyo

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

Nilda was an excellent host. Got us some chairs for the beach, towels we could take there, and she even baked some biscuits for us + plus brought us some delicious quesitos. She was always was very attentive to our needs. If we were ever in Patillas again, this would be the place to stay. Awesome view and location.

Just a lovely place to stay. Laura is a kind, generous, and fantastic host. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. The place is gorgeous. This was our (me, wife, 17 year old son) first visit to PR and this beautiful spot in the mountains was such a great place to be. The view of the balcony is amazing. The hike down the lake and back is so fun. The fish were jumping like crazy. The museums she has created are remarkable and Laura is an expert historian. We did a bunch of day trips from the AirBNB which worked out well, though it did involve a lot of driving and exploring which I enjoy so that was all good. But we liked the space so much it was tough to leave each day. Thank you Senora Laura!

The condo was just as described. With a closet containing a small cooler, packable chairs and games/turtle books for kids to play/read. A very nice place to set out with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise before heading to one of the many beautiful beaches. The power went out during our stay and Heather was very committed to making sure we were ok and had everything we needed.

We loved the place! It has an amazing view and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The only thing is that it was very far from San Juan but I guess it was our fault for not checking before the distance. In general everything was good.

Maria and Nacho both very friendly, amazing property and great view. Very informative and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and if next time we stay in the mountains will be coming back there again. Thank you for everything

We stayed in Sea View at Casa Wurster. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this rental. It was just spectacular! We had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen & amenities, coolers, beach toys, paddles and balls for ping pong and pickleball, floats for the pool, bean bags! They thought of everything. Hector was super responsive to anything we needed help with although we should have had him order pizza for us lol. Neither place spoke much English and we got hung up on, lol. Russ was so fun to interact with and he has so much pride in the property - as he should! The grounds are meticulously kept and the views are simply stunning. While we did some traveling around to see the sites, we honestly could have just stayed at the house and had an amazing time. We played pickleball every day, we used the pool every day and hit up the beach across the street to cool off. Needless to say, we cannot WAIT to come back and stay again at Casa Wurster! Loved it!!!

most beautiful and exceptional homes I've ever stayed in. The entire house was spotless, and every room, bathroom, kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Even my brother, who has stayed at many Airbnbs, said he had never seen a place so thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared. It was clear that the host put a lot of care into every detail. Also grateful for all the amenities: fishing rods, kayaks, beach toys, life vests, and even small but thoughtful items like insect repellent and sunblock—everything was there! But the absolute highlight of this house is... the amazing terrace balcony right inside the home. You can spend all day there fishing, eating, relaxing—it’s like having your own private paradise. And the sunset view from the balcony is simply magical—an unforgettable moment that you won’t find anywhere else. The ocean is peaceful and private all day long, yet just a short drive away, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores forconvenience. I highly recommend this place!!

El lugar es muy tranquilo, tal y como las fotos. Muy acogedor, familiar, impecable en la limpieza y organizado. La anfitriona muy atenta y el servicio excelente. Para el check-in las instrucciones fueron claras y precisas. Lo que más me gustó fue que tenía una buena piscina y también cerca de la playa, por lo que se tenía ambas actividades sin tener que salir del lugar. Me encantó la estancia en el lugar.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable, perfectly located, and the view was spectacular! The hosts were excellent — they provided clear, complete, and concise information about how to get there and access the apartment, as well as things to do in the area. I will definitely come back to stay in this beautiful apartment.

The place was just like it appeared in the pictures. We were right on the beach with a great outdoor space to enjoy the view.

We all absolutely loved our stay here. The place is spacious, clean, and easy to get to! The host communicated thoroughly and was proactive at helping us out with things ahead of time. The community is very safe, and it has such a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach close enough to walk to wasnt the best for swimming given the rough waves, but the hosts have recommended beaches in their pamphlet, and we found one just a few mins down the road that was absolutely perfect. The pool is great, and the place was surprisingly quiet and calm! We didn't have the washer and dryer for our stay due to some unforseen problems, but the host communicated thoroughly with us and we were able to hand wash and air dry small things as needed. We would all definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hector's condo. Villas del Faro is conveniently located across the street from a fairly private beach. There's also a new grocery store nearby (less than 5 minutes drive), so didn't need to stock up too much. The view from the balcony was stunning and provided a relaxing place to sit each morning and sip on coffee. All instructions were clear and the listing was exactly as described. Our stay was over the New Year 2025 holiday, which also involved an island-wide power outage during New Year's Eve. Hector did an excellent job providing updates and giving advice. It also helped that the weather was nice and we had lots of outdoor activities already planned that didn't rely on electricity. The condo was clean and well furnished. I would definitely plan on staying here again for future trips to PR.

El Airbnb fue excelente. El lugar era tranquilo y seguro; mis hijos jugaron afuera sin preocupaciones. La piscina fue solo para nosotros, y aunque no entramos a la playa, caminar por la costa fue espectacular. El cuarto estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario y un aroma rico. Incluso tenían repelente disponible, lo cual fue útil por los mosquitos en la mañana y al atardecer. Es un Airbnb en un lugar privilegiado. ¡Nos encantó y queremos volver!
