Communicated a lot with Mrs Janet throughout our long long stay, and every time she was great at answering our questions, had a leak with a water hose outside and she was right on it to come over and fix it. Loved our stay and loved how she made our experience warm!

We felt right at home and enjoyed the proximity to the river and park. This cozy home was just right for our group while traveling to Carlsbad. We appreciated the nice additional touches like snacks offered and extra supplies. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—beautifully decorated, clean, and with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to local attractions but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. There was a small issue with a breaker tripping a few days into my stay, but I contacted the host, and they responded immediately. Within minutes, they had sent someone over to fix the problem, and it was up and running in no time. I really appreciated how quick and attentive they were to resolving the issue—it made all the difference in ensuring my stay went smoothly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained spot with a host who truly cares about their guests. Would absolutely stay here again!

It’s a cozy house near downtown and a nice park. A couple of things about the listing, the bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs. The stairs are on the narrow side and steep. Finally the upstairs has creaky floors and may disturb light sleepers. It is nice little place in Roswell.

Favorite AirBnB in Roswell. Beautiful home on the golf course. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home, very quiet and clean, everything we needed to feel at home. Host was welcoming and responsive. Our kids loved the games and puzzles. 30min drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

House was cozy . Not clean . But comfortable was good for a quick stay . Neighbor are loud and they’re up all night lots of noise . You will hear the roosters on their back yard loud and early.

We had great stay, location is in good neighborhood and close to shops, everything what you need is close.

I rented this home for an extended stay (a month), and it was a perfect place to "set up shop" in Roswell. It is SO CLOSE to where I was working downtown that I walked there every day. It's also in a part of town with tons of restaurants, two gyms, the post office, a nice grocery store, all the amenities. The house itself was quite cozy - great king bed, nice linens, comfortable furniture, perfect lighting (esp in the bathroom - YES!). I'm not sure how to even use the thermostat (I didn't touch it), but it was always comfortable indoors when it was chilly or warm outside. This home had everything I needed for a month's stay. Luke and Marga are exceptional hosts - proactive, quick to respond, always answered any questions and above all CARING. They went above and beyond what I imagined AirBNB hosts would do. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable beds. Fantastic shower and great location and parking. The Hot tub and massage chair was a massive hit after the long drive and walk after walking through the caverns.

We had an awesome 2-family stay. We loved the remote privacy and pastoral ranch setting, with the cows, sheep, horses and adorable herding dogs. The lodge-like house was very well appointed with interesting Texas decor and great big kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and chess tables. Our stay was too short, we hope to make it back!

Highly recommend anyone visiting Carlsbad to stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, not too far to drive to the Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains and was right in the heart of town of Carlsbad near the local restaurants and grocery store. The massage chair was the best amenity and perfect after long days of hiking. We enjoyed using the hot tub as well. Overall great experience and we’re very pleased with our stay.

Amazing place to stay . My boyfriend and I and our dog absolutely loved it. Right in the middle of lots of things Host was super friendly accommodating and responsive 10/10 stay for sure Hot tub was absolutely amazing after we walked our legs off at the caverns. Felt right at home

Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Wall outlets in bedrooms don’t have grounds. So bring an adapter. Stay was great. Thank you.
