Ferienunterkünfte in Arthurs Point

Photos don’t do the view justice. Jeremy was a great host. This is a cabin type experience. We stayed in the winter and used the cottage as a home base for skiing and other activities which was great. Quick ride over to Arrowtown and Queenstown but far away enough to feel private and peaceful. Some important points regarding previous reviews I read about the place being “cold”…the ground floor is all slate stone…as Jeremy recommended, just bring some sandals or slippers to wear around. There is a large heat pump, a lovely pot belly stove, and space heaters and all the beds have blanket heaters which we actually didn’t use because they were too hot…so it’s easy to stay warm and the view and coziness are well worth it, but if you’re expecting a thermostat in a hotel room that you set and leave…this wouldn’t be the place for you. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.

Charming house with its wooden structure and beams. Amazing view. Really peaceful surrounding. Perfect distance from Queenstown. Hot tub and garage are a big plus. And the hosts are wonderful to make sure everything works. Definitely 5*

The views are stunning nearby. We could find trace of living in the room, and that made it feel like staying by an auntie’s house. The host was welcoming as well. It was the best airbnb among 3 stays we had in NZ.

The house was comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, spacious, and sparkling clean, it made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable too! The location is wonderfully peaceful, nestled so close to the Remarkables mountain range. We enjoyed the incredible mountain views every day, rain or shine. Although it was only early April, we were lucky enough to see snow-capped peaks for several days during our stay. The view was breathtaking—almost surreal—with the mountains so close, it felt like we could reach out and touch them! We also highly recommend the 30-minute scenic drive up to the Remarkables Ski Area. It’s a great base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas, while avoiding the hustle and bustle of town. Our 11-year-old son loved the two fantastic playgrounds nearby, and there’s a beautiful walking/cycling trail too—perfect for the whole family. Cannot say enough good things about Roslyn and her apartment! Location and view are unbeatable. The price is well worth it. Roslyn was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. This rental is at the very top of our list for a return trip to Queenstown!

Lovely cosy house with plenty of space for a family of 4. Very clean & kitchen well equipped. Lounge & bedrooms very comfortable. Easy to find & convenient 4 square down the road.

We had the best stay at this lakeside air bnb, the views were gorgeous and couldn’t have asked for any better! 🤩 perfect stay, we wish we could have stayed longer

Tanya’s place is a lovely space for what we needed. We’re a family with 2 young children so the bunk bed and kid-friendly furniture, laundry, and kitchen was great. We’ve come during the massive infrastructure works so that was only a small inconvenience because of the longer walk to town. But we know without it, you’d be in the town centre in just a minute or two!
