The location is adjacent to the Kennebunk River, and two miles from the Kennebunk beaches, downtown Kennebunk and downtown Kennebunkport. The apartment has a private full bath and kitchen set up, and a shared but secluded outdoor shower with hot water, which is a unique but INCREDIBLE way to shower or rinse off after a long day in the sun. Our 4 bdrm, 2.5 bathroom suits short or long term stays. The location is ideal: 6 min from Kennebunkport, 15 min from Biddeford, and 30 min from Portland or Portsmouth! Keyed Private entrance upstairs suite with a sun deck, garden views, and bathroom. The room includes a kitchen cart with microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and coffee machine. There is a dining table and chairs and a closet. WiFi, TV and AC. The upper deck is a wonderful place to catch some sun and sip a coffee. We are located on Route 1, conveniently close to downtown Kennebunk, dining, and groceries. The beach is a 10-12 minute drive.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
