I’ve never had a host go so above and beyond. She brought down toys for my young kids which made our stay so much easier. We also were staying over Easter and she put Easter eggs in the yard for my toddler to hunt for. What an amazing host! Would definitely stay again!

This place was so comfortable and worked so well for our stay. The lower level speakeasy space and theater area were the perfect spot for enjoying an evening in. The beds were very comfortable, we were provided plenty of linens, and lots of little extras like coffee and snacks that made our stay even better. The icing on the cake was the backyard outdoor space - lots of seating options and the hot tub was large and clean. The location itself is great - Arvada is full of everything you need and the Old Towne area has a bunch of great restaurants. You are also close to downtown and Morrison for a show at Red Rocks. We also easily did a quick mid-day visit to Boulder. Brandon was a very welcoming host and I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to the Denver area!

We had a group of 7 stay at Kerry’s , and it was a absolute breeze with check-in. Kerry actually accommodated an early check-in which was very much appreciated. With us 7 we all felt very comfortable and the common areas were very cozy for our evening hang outs. We visited the local flat irons and saw a show at red rocks which was just a 40 min drive from the house. All in all Kerry was an amazing , communicative and accommodating host. The house is in pristine condition and is very spacious for a larger group of people. From the red rocks 7, we all recommend you consider a stay at Kerry’s !

We only needed Josh’s place a few nights vs. a 4-night booking minimum. Josh easily accommodated our request to stay one less night during busy ski season. We were in town for a wedding and the location/size of the home was perfect. It was well appointed with supplies and linens. The hot tub was clean and well maintained as was the patio and outdoor space. Trash was easy to discard on site. The instruction booklet was simple and had clear easy instructions for check-in and check out. The overall property was very clean and quiet and we would definitely stay there again! Plus, I loved playing the piano…it was a lovely treat. Josh was a pleasant and kind host.

Our party of 13 gathered for a bachelorette weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! We selected the property based on the size, lovely backyard, and high-capacity seating options. This property was everything we hoped for and more. Some of the common challenges of large-party rentals were no problem here. We had plenty of towels (bath AND designated outside towels), enough bathrooms, more than enough dishware, and plenty of options for room configurations. Being able to all sit together at the sunroom table, living room, and downstairs rec room was also a huge plus! This house is perfect for any group of friends/family looking to spend time together. I cannot recommend this property enough!

David's place is a great location for families staying in Denver. We weren't too far from anything we wanted to do and it was great to come back and soak in the hottub. The furniture and decorations make it a memorable stay and everything felt very comfortable. There's also a great view of the Rockies from the porch and hottub which were definitely a wonderful vision to behold at the end of the day. We will definitely stay here again whenever we make it back to Denver.

My family and I had a wonderful time here! After touring around Colorado this was the perfect last stop…the kids had plenty to do and the space could not have been more comfortable, clean, private and cozy. It was easy to get to/from Boulder. I would recommend picking up groceries before driving up the canyon as the nearest grocery stores are about 30 minutes away. The area is gorgeous and view amazing. Would stay here with friends or family in a heartbeat. Check-in/out were super easy and without fuss.

Cozy! Perfect spot for a family visit for the weekend. Erick was also super communicative, and provided us with extra blankets for the extreme cold weather we had while we were there. Would book again!

Loved this place!!! Although a shared property it was very secluded, felt like my partner and I were alone which is what we wanted, a little getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked + a grill for us to make a nice dinner and then enjoyed hottub after which was adorable with the lights. Mysen was super responsive and a great host. Answered every stupid question I had. Would definitely return.
