Wonderful place! Spacious, peaceful, a great getaway. I highly recommend.

We were there for a swim meet at Spire. This was very convenient. Late nights made it much easier to get back to. House was very clean and Becky was very responsive. Very nice time. Highly recommend.

Peaceful stay close to wineries and hiking places. House was comfortable, Kitchen had basic equipment. We went in the fall so couldn’t enjoy the river but the leaves were beautiful.

Location was very convenient and easy to find. The Owner is very accommodating and responsive. A great value and walkable distance to the lake. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our 3 night getaway! The private beach was incredible. We enjoyed a peaceful time on the lake with our two dogs. - 85 inch TV in the family room for watching football - gas grill and blackstone for the barbecue - fire pit - beach supplies including 2 kayaks and life vests - comfortable master suite with jacuzzi tub - game room with pool table So much fun and many possibilities!

Joann (Jo Jo) is a wonderful hoast. When I contacted her in the morning prior to making one of our several day trips, about the need of a grab handle for the bathroom she had it there later on that same day when we returned. This was our 4th vacation trip to the Ashtabula / Geneva on the lake area. We've stayed at different rentals every time. This is the first time that neighbors interacted with us and made us feel welcome. We've already book this place for the same time period next year. A gentleman that lives at the end of the drive invited us to come down and experience the sunset any time we wanted. The house was just the right size for myself the wife and our fur baby. There is a fantastic gas grill there and I used it twice to grill dinner, I plan to bring a griddle plate for next year so I can cook up some magic for the neighbor's. We are so looking forward to September 2025 and another 7 relaxing days at J Jo's beach house. You won't go wrong if you book this cottage.

A very nice clean cozy cottage. Beds are comfy, plenty pillows. Our First Airbnb with excellent cable Service. Definitely will rebook.

Enjoyed my stay here. Matched the description. Clean comfortable. Would’ve Loved to had enjoyed all the amenities but we were out of season. The Nintendo 64 was nice nostalgic touch, greatly appreciated. Overall, great stay would recommend and would stay again.

We had such a amazing time!! We live local but wanted a little getaway and found the perfect spot!! The cabin was absolutely perfect we had absolutely everything we needed! Ashley responded very quick when we had questions and let us add a day to our trip!! I recommend this place 1000% plus there's a ton to do on the campgrounds!! We will definitely be returning soon!!

The cabin is just as it was described, cozy, in the middle of beautiful surroundings, and “off the grid”. It was exactly what I was looking for when searching for a place to stay with my dog to refresh and recharge. We enjoyed walking to the creek, watching the wildlife, and spending time on the porch watching it rain.

what an awesome view going down the driveway to the cabin. Quiet,cozy and relaxing. Fishing was great. Small mouth bass and bluegill was what I was catching. We seen wild turkeys and deer and lots of different birds. Host was great in keeping in touch with us and the cabin was stocked up very well. We will definitely be going back! Thanks appreciate it! Great house that was perfect for our steelhead fishing base camp! The location was centrally located between all the creeks we were fishing! House was exactly as described in the posting and Nichole was very responsive!! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for lake or river adventures!!

Jim and Maggie did such a wonderful job making their home feel like our home! We (17 of us) came to town for a dance competition at the SPIRE Academy. If you have never been to a dance comp... THE DAYS ARE LOOOOONG!! BUT, coming back to the house felt like coming home each night. There was nothing left to want. They have thought of EVERYTHING that could make your stay comfortable and cozy! Beautifully decorated, enough seating for everyone, kitchen FULLY equipped, coffee bar, ice maker, cozy gas fire place, awesome outdoor space, enough space for all of us to sleep well and comfortably, fun game room, kids had their space, adults had their space but also enough space to come together as a group. I can't say enough about this spot!! Thank you Jim and Maggie!! We will definitely be back next year!!

We had a great time. The place was cozy, close to lots of things to do, clean, and just what we were looking for from a place to stay. The host was very communicative and friendly. We would stay there again!

We had a great stay at Chase’s home! The house easily accommodated our large group, the space was clean and comfortable, and Chase was an excellent host!

If you want to camp with out having the trouble of setting everything up your self and having to account for all those little things you might overlook but may need for a camping trip, this is a great option. Susan was a wonderful host & very friendly & accommodating. Everything we needed was available to us in the tent but she also supplied us a cart to carry our items to our tent with as well as a converter for electric items like charging a phone, or the lamp in our tent. Bed was super comfy. There was a 2 burner stove to use, chairs and table, place to have a nice fire, and access to a beautiful creek below. Was nice to walk around the location if you love nature. Lots of things to see, easy access to places outside of campsite too whether you go towards conneaut or Erie. I would love to come back here again. Only thing I’ll say, if you don’t like bugs, she has citronella candles but we also brought bug spray with us and were fine the whole time. It’s camping ⛺️ ❤️

We stayed here for a quiet Christmas family trip and it did not disappoint. We even extended our stay a few days and they were very receptive when we communicated with them.
