nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

The owner was nice and accommodating. The place was spacious and clean, they also provided free snacks and complete toiletries. There weren't a time to get bored because of the board games, guitar, wifi, tv with netflix and youtube access. They're also nice to recommend restaurants and nearby establishments within the area. Over all, it was a pleasurable and comfortably experience.

The place is big and will fit a big family. My grand kid enjoyed the small pool. Enjoyed our stay!

This is my second time staying at The Lake Farm. I brought extended family with me and they loved the place as well. I missed the ducks though. There used to be so many of them and we were looking forward to feeding them. The remaining ones weren’t eager to approach us. Hehe.

The Villa is beautiful and a great place to be with your friends and family. We loved the place and looking forward to visit them soon.

This is a good place for those with big families. Espcially the pool is actually spacious enough for kids and adults altogether. Also, the barbecue grill is there. Most essentials are present!

Our family has traveled and visited lots of Air BnBs, but this one takes the crown. The house is unique and furnished with only self made furniture, a true heaven in the middle of nature. The pool is nice to cool off and great for kids. And the half court basketball on the premise is amazing. But this place set itself apart by Jezebel, Matthew, Hannah, Bom and the entire team treating us like family. So much hospitality, support, proactivity and joy being hosts is hard to describe with words. The area is not a touristic one at all and yet we experienced some magical things here every day. A day trip to Sohoton caves is highly recommended. Experience Filipino life away from the crowds and be nice to this amazing family please. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful staycation at Caballero Bed and Breakfast in Tagaytay, and it was everything we hoped for—peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully serene. The villa was clean and spacious. One of the highlights was the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. It was perfect for both day and night swims, and a great bonding spot for the family. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them. What made our stay even better was how kind and responsive the host was. Communication was smooth from the beginning, and they were thoughtful enough to allow us a late check-out free of charge—which we truly appreciated. That extra time made a big difference in how relaxed we felt heading home. Overall, it was a five-star experience. The villa offered both comfort and privacy, and the host’s hospitality made it even more memorable. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back! Overall, it was a five-star

De accommodatie is top. Net zoals op de foto’s te zien is. Het is mooi, ruim en netjes maar wat deze trip echt speciaal maakte was de fijne interactie met Sabine en Nathalie. Ze helpen je graag met het uitzoeken van activiteiten of samen een glaasje drinken. Het was gezellig zonder enige druk. Bedankt en graag tot de volgende keer. Lonis

Pool was great and clean! The caretaker was very responsive and accommodating. Linens and bedding could be cleaner and could use new sheets and towels. Overall good property and was perfect for our needs in addition to Maahi Pool Villa that is right across the street and they both accommodated our large family well!

This place is really worth the price. Our stay was great. It can really accomodate a big group (we are 16 guests and 1 infant). Marami pang space at hindi talaga kayo magsiksikan sa place nila. In fact, nakakapaglaro pa nang taguan yung mga bata sa place nila without disturbing the adults having a rest. This place is a great deal kung maramihan kayo.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sam. The homestay was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. We celebrated our moms 70th Birthday here and the place is so nice. The house is homie and clean. The pool is warm that the kids enjoyed it even at night. The housekeeper is so nice and very helpful as well. The place is quiet and very private just what we wanted."❤️

Rosalie's place was the perfect little hideaway in El Nido! Located about 15 minutes out of El Nido town in a nice local neighborhood. The co-host Mat met us for check-in and check-out and explained how to do everything in the house and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tours. Rosalie provided great communication before and during our stay. The house had everything one would need for a relaxing stay in El Nido. I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to El Nido!

Shiella Mae was really helpful and really fast at replying messages. The house was really clean and modern and it had all the amenities.

We had booked this place as we were expecting a baby and my wife was admitted in Akanksha Hospital. We were looking for an accomodation where my extended family members could stay and cook food for ourselves. The place served our purpose perfectly. It is at a walking distance from the hospital. There was also a market nearby where we could do our grocery shopping. This place really felt like home. The host Samudra have also been very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.
