We loved our stay! This home is updated, clean and very accessible. Hugo was very responsive with any questions we had, I would highly recommend staying here.

Space was perfect for a few families with kids. We each had our own space, plus good common area, pool and large lawn for kids to play in

Had a great stay ! It was 8 of us total and had a lot of space and rooms! The addition apartment was a plus!! The pool was nice and felt very safe where we were! Plenty of things to do nearby!! Will stay again!

Raisel's home is clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed, close to grocery stores and located in a safe neighborhood. The kids loved the toys and enjoyed playing table tennis. Raisel responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful.

This was the perfect gathering place for our family. So much for the kids to do!! HTX Pad's was so responsive and patient when I asked questions that they had already sent me instructions on! Kind host and perfect - provided extra TP/Paper Towels/Pool Towels/ Pool Floaties/ Make-up Removal Wipes - all the things most rentals do not provide (One paper towel roll and you're on your own is what we're used to, but not here). You'll love it! Thank you HTX Pads!

First of all, I'd like to praise Sami for his responsiveness. Not many hosts, in my experience, have had good communication lines, but Sami was excellent. Also, the house was nice and accomodated all our family and we had a pleasent stay. With that out of the way, I do have some minor complaints. I have some gripes with the neighbors, especially this one lady, who harassed us once or twice during our stay. Also, we had a problem with the pool. The heated pool worked very well on the first day of our stay, but then was not operable after that, so we couldn't use the pool for the rest of the stay. But thankfully, Sami was very nice to compensate us, so I will give it a pass. Other than that, I have no real complaints. I would be happy to stay at Sami's again.

It was a girls' weekend with my daughter, sisters, and mom! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply cozy and pleasant. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, and organized. Thank you, Pete, for having such a welcoming place and for always responding quickly. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow! I would definitely stay at your place again.

Quiet area with easy access to NRG area. Secure location. Parking is easy and close but tight in a full size suv.

Jing fue muy acogedora desde el primer momento. Nos envió instrucciones muy claras para que todo funcionara como corresponde. Nice apartment. Unbeatable location for my long term stay. Excellent restaurants nearby. Recommend a visit to Dun Huang Plaza on Bellaire - good restaurants and Oasis Foot Spa is exceptional. Easy access from complex back gate to great walking/biking trails. Min was an excellent, responsive host.
