Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

Decorated in lovely white and gray; with subtle color splashes reminiscent of Aspen leaves. The private room also has a large kitchenette; microwave and refrigerator included. The Aspen also hosts a full bath and shower; providing for a relaxing days end. The king bed is sure to give you a great nights sleep with the thick foam topper…comfort!

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

This charming english cottage style guesthouse built in 1916 is located in the heart of Five Points within walking distance of incredible shopping and dining as well as UGA's campus and athletic facilities. No detail has been overlooked in this cozy 330 sq. ft space. Equipped with a king size bed, kitchenette and large walk-in shower, the space resembles that of a luxurious resort-style room.

A short walking distance to restaurants, shops, OCAF art center, and 7 minute drive to DT Athens, home of UGA, or 20 min. to historic Madison. Enjoy coffee (we have 2 kinds of coffee makers) or afternoon libations on the porch. Best of all - sleep well in a very comfortable bed.
