Our group of 6 kids and 2 adults had a wonderful stay. The living areas were spacious and the kids could really spread out for their own activities while the adults hung out in the main living space. We loved all the activities at the house, especially pickleball and basketball. Would love to return during summer months to take advantage of the pool!

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

Bryan was an amazing host, his property was truly 1 of 1, amazing backyard and perfect home to bring your family even closer! on a quiet street and close proximity to the great nightlife Athens offers. Check in and check out was seamless and Bryan makes himself readily available if there’s anything his guests might need. Highly recommend this property for small groups. 10/10 experience. -Devone

Michael's place was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amenities and spaciousness of the property. The game room provided endless entertainment for everyone in our group - we had some seriously competitive pool tournaments! The movie room was perfect for unwinding after busy days, complete with comfortable seating and excellent sound quality. The outdoor space was where this property truly shines. The pool area became our daily retreat, perfect for both energetic splashing and relaxing floats. The hot tub was divine, especially in the evenings under the stars. We spent countless hours enjoying these outdoor amenities. What really sets this place apart is how well it accommodates groups. The abundance of beds ensured everyone had their own comfortable space, and the open floor plan made it easy for our entire party to gather without feeling cramped. The property is amazing and was extremely clean! Markus and Danielle are great hosts who maintain their property well and were very helpful with the instructions and other questions that I had. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless and very spacious. It's a great place for a large group of people! Also, they have portable speakers in every room!

We had a blast! We came down for a weekend with 3 couples and 4 children and the house was the perfect size and space! The pool is awesome and the lake and surrounding area are awesome! 100% will stay again and recommend to others!

This was a great place for my family to stay for my son‘s graduation from OU. We did not realize it was a bit further out than we had expected, but overall we had a wonderful time. The spaces were amazing with great amenities and we were even able to take a walk up and down the road, which was so quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely peace parades. Away from the hustle and bulse of city life. Beautiful, swimmable, fishable large pond with a few paddle boats and row boat plus life jackets for adults and children. Nice, Full Length covered front porch with swing and rocking chairs for relaxation while watching the Humming Birds feed from the feeders. They have thought of everything. Inside nice and clean and they even provide Wi-Fi access as well as a laptop for your use. All the cooking gadgets, utensils and cookware needed for anyone working the kitchen plus cooking items like Fish Fry powder, flour, condiments for just about anything 2 coffee makers (single cup Kureg and 12 cup drip both with either Kureg coffee cups or regular ground coffee and filters.) There is just Sooo much that can be said and Rodger N mary went Above and Beyond what you'd experience in most any place you can think of. I forgot to mention the FARM FRESH EGGS they provide. 5 STARS - BIG 3 THUMBS UP. We'll be back!!!

Katie's place was amazing! We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend & had the best time. We couldn't get over how beautiful the place and the grounds were. It was breathtaking! We would love to come back & stay. Everything was so perfect.

Mitch was very accommodating with my last minute reservation request. House was great for my visit with my son at OU. Drive yo campus was quick and easy. I arrived in the dark and rain and all the lights were on for my arrival. My dog loved having room to run around outside. Driveway was fine with my SUV, but didn't attempt with my son's small car.

Great location, I stayed with a group of 8 people. Lots of games for us to play, hot tub and plenty of space for us to feel comfy!

This place was perfect for Mom's weekend at OU. It was about a 10 minute drive to campus.

This house was really nicely decorated/remodeled. The bed was comfy and the porch was great to sit on in the morning while drinking coffee. It was the perfect getaway to disconnect - close to the state park and golf course. The hot tub and massage chair were great to have after hiking and golfing.

What a beautiful location. This airbnb checked all the boxes for us. We were visiting our son at OU, this was approximately 20 minutes from campus. Very clean and just like the pictures. Everything seemed new and updated. We were the only people on the property and enjoyed walking a bit, too rainy to go far. I felt safe enough to even have visited by myself. Can't think of even a suggestion I would make, perfect place!

We were in Athens for OU Graduation and needed an extra night and found this place. Location is about 30 min south of Athens. Out in the country and very private. If we could have gotten our money back for our Saturday reservation, I would have asked to extend our stay here.
