This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. The Mallards

The apartment is attached to our house and has previously been used as a living-space for my sons, who have left home. We have updated the space since and would welcome guests of up to five people. It is best suited for families and close friends as access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. (Your own transport is recommended as we are 2km from Kinvara on a twisty road.)
