We came up for a week long snowmobiling trip. The home is newer open concept. It had lots of space for the 7 of us. The upstairs has baseboard heating and the basement has floor heating. The garage as floor heating as well. We had three large trailers which was accommodating. The beds were a mix of firm-soft. The bed I slept in the basement was perfect for me. We had one hiccup with the shower head not functioning correctly, but she came and fixed it the next morning without hesitation. Would definitely consider staying again.

From check in to check out this house was perfect. Jayna and John we perfect hosts and very easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved the location and all the space the house provided. Every room was immaculate and the house had everything you would need for an extended stay. We cannot say enough great things about our stay and will definitely be back!

Everything we needed in a nice comfy home for ourselves and our dog. Never before have we felt our dog was as welcomed as we were! Lots of thoughtful amenities too. Fenced backyard was super.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at Dennis's, and it never disappoints. It's always extremely clean and well stocked. Dennis is a kind, helpful, and conscientious host. The peaceful atmosphere and walkable neighborhood are lovely, but you're still only a few minutes drive from anything you could possibly need. We love it there and will return soon! This was a great place to stay. The house was perfect. Nice neighborhood and close to walk downtown to enjoy everything Marquette has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

My son and I visited Marquette in late September. Donna's house was a great place to stay. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. It's in a peaceful neighborhood but convenient to downtown Marquette. We took several day trips both east and west along beautiful Lake Superior. It was a wonderful vacation!

Overall, I give Bob and Linda’s lodge 5/5. It was exactly what I was looking for: an authentic off-grid UP experience. It’s clean and homey, and Bob and Linda are top notch hosts, going out of their way to make your stay a good one. If you’re looking for a great off-grid experience, this is it. However, it may not be for everyone. For example, we visited in October, and we had to heat the lodge through fireplaces as there is no central heating. I personally enjoyed that but can imagine others not wanting to deal with it. The lodge has an open concept floor plan, and I recommend guests consider sleeping arrangements carefully. While there are a ton of beds, there are few doors, and most sleeping areas don’t have one. So it may not be the best if you have people going to bed or waking up at different times.

One of the best places to stay in downtown. Harley was flexible with us and his apartment is even better than in the pictures & description. Without any doubt this is ***** apartment.

Clean and well organized

This apartment is centrally located and so easy to walk to so much that Marquette has to offer. The apartment was so clean and tidy, as well as homey and spacious. We’re repeat guests in this home and will definitely return again!

I have stayed here before back in 2022 and really enjoyed it. The size was nice and everyone was easy to work with. For the cost, this is comparable to a hotel with much less room. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks...

Santa’s Shack is perfect – an early Christmas gift for me! It’s comfy, cozy, clean, and spacious, equipped with everything I needed. Danielle is an exceptional host: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. I had a minor injury, which I mentioned casually, and Danielle went above and beyond by offering a therapeutic device so I wouldn’t have to drive a considerable distance, there and back, to get one. I had a fantastic time and staying at Santa's Shack was part of the amazing experience. Thank you so much for everything, Danielle!

The host was very responsive! The Airbnb itself was very quaint, clean, and a great size for my mom and I. It was also very quiet.

The place was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were awesome after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Cedar Cabin! Everything was just as shown in the photos, but somehow even cuter and more homey. They’ve done a wonderful job of curating the space and I’m excited to see what comes next for the property. We’ll definitely be back with our puppies next time!

We stayed in this place years and years ago several times. Back when it was cross-country cottage. There have been many updates since then. Very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook meals with quality cookware. Couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness we received.

Another Great stay at Big Iron. A great place for an off the grid get away.

I loved my stay at the Ida cabin. The campground was easy to find with instructions, and the surroundings were stunning. It was quiet and secluded, with delicious spring water and a very comfy bed. I didn’t end up cooking, but there was a grill and stovetop in great shape. Proximity to Munising made it convenient as well. I would stay again - and plan on saving this location for future visits. I highly recommend the Ida cabin.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful rustic cabin! Everything exceeded our expectations—clean, cozy, and full of charm. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway, and my Mom absolutely loved it for her Mother’s Day surprise. Thank you to our wonderful host for providing such a memorable experience. Great place to stay and ride from, right next to the trail, with gas and a little store within walking distance to the cabin! Cabin was perfect for us no complaints about anything!

My family and I loved the home and the spacious kitchen and living room! We each had well appointed bedrooms with great mattresses and linens. The towels were soft and the coffee station was excellent. Check in and out was easy. We loved our stay and the space was amazing. Thank you for sharing your home!
