We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

Wake up to the morning sun over the lake in the loft, or rise after the sun in one of the two back bedrooms. Enjoy a morning coffee or tea while enjoying the lake view from the live edge bar top overlooking the water and watch for the Swans, Bald Eagles, and Blue Herons. After a hike on the trails, kayaking up the lake into conservation land, or fishing off the dock, relax in the hot tub. This rental is a stand alone house. A very comfortable queen size bed and a single bed in a separate bedroom, lodge style living room with a vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a half bath. Access to the pond and hiking trails. Nearby Sturbridge Village and Tree House Brewery.
