A stylish two-bedroom and large lounge apartment only 2 minutes walk to Browns Bay beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and bars in the village of Browns Bay. The lounge opens to a peaceful sun-bathed terrace and there is a hot tub and outdoor shower through the french doors of one of the bedrooms. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.)
