A stylish two-bedroom and large lounge apartment only 2 minutes walk to Browns Bay beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and bars in the village of Browns Bay. The lounge opens to a peaceful sun-bathed terrace and there is a hot tub and outdoor shower through the french doors of one of the bedrooms. Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.
