Chambls Shack

Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Or bring the kids and hit the beach.

Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

Kalinda is a beachfront log cabin style home, with cathedral ceilings and a loft bedroom, with the amazing Four Mile Creek Beach on your doorstep. It is the perfect location to explore what Tasmania's East Coast has to offer, from The Bay of Fires, down to Bicheno and everything in between. The space is set up with couples in mind to relax and enjoy the beachfront atmosphere in a cozy accommodation, with beautiful gardens and bird life a plenty.

Experience the feeling of calm when you turn onto the winding private road that takes you to The Hide. Surrounded by forest, and set on the waterfront, the Hide provides an elegant refuge for couples. In a national park like setting and situated centrally, it is the perfect base for exploring popular Bruny Island. With so much to do on the property, as well as wider afield, we recommend a 2-3 night stay if you can fit it into your schedule.

There is an eclectic selection of books, records, and games to explore!

Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter.
