'The Edge' is situated in Binalong Bay, right in the heart of the stunning Bay of Fires conservation area on Tasmania's East coast. A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Beautiful views over the water and surrounded by a large sundeck and a semi tropical garden - The Edge is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

A perfect getaway in a comfortable, airconditioned 2 bedroom bungalow with its own private pontoon, balcony, kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating area. There is endless sporting equipment, such as a dingy with an electric motor, large canoe, kayaks, SUP’s and a dartboard. The bungalow is unique as it has an extra seating area to relax and look over the lake especially on sunset. Lake Bennett is supplied with safe drinkable bore water throughout the home. A great place to unwind, relax and have fun.

Beautiful reef for snorkelling is 5 min walk down the hill. Note: from main road our homestay is 5 mins walk up a very steep hill - not suitable for people are physically unfit or disabled. Lulu's Cottage is charming and spacious, with 2 queen-size bedroom (the Main with ensuite) and the third with 2 single beds (can be King but MUST be requested at time of booking) located at the front of the house. The living area to the rear leads onto a large covered back deck where you can relax overlooking the leafy garden. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and is a short easy walk to/from Bowral Village. No Smoking and minimum 2 nights stay.
