This place was amazing! The view was incredible—you could see the ocean and watch the sunrise right from the place. It was just as good as described. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The golf cart included with the rental was such a great bonus. It made it so easy to get around and explore the island. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

This was so easy and close to all the restaurants, beach and shops. Loved it.

The condo was in a great location. Easily walkable from town. Everything was sparkling, clean, and the unit had a large balcony that really stands adds to a small space. The only downside is that the pool and hot tub were under construction. I had communicated with the property ahead of time and so I knew this was a factor. I’m hoping next time we will be able to use those amenities. My only other comment is that it’s very easy to hear other people in the complex, and that we were grateful for the quiet hours at 10 PM so that we knew it would quiet down. Overall, we like the place and would stay there again.

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Very clean, easy to find and the GOLF cart was huge plus to get around town! This place was very peaceful and quiet. I recommend this condo to all of you looking for your next vacation spot! Don’t hesitate and book this place ASAP as I’ll definitely be back!

It’s about a 10 min walk to the city center. There are a couple of good restaurants and a grocery nearby. The unit is close to the pool. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We were very happy with our stay.

Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

This home was absolutely amazing! Perfect! Beautiful and clean… felt like home. The location of this penthouse was perfect for our visit to Disney Land, horseback riding, beaches, beautiful & delicious restaurants (you must eat @ Boathouse on the Bay) ***** My family and I felt like we were at home. We all even stated we could see ourselves living there! Our visit was to celebrate two of my granddaughters birthdays, and they even went as far as decorating the home for the kids. I am truly thankful for such an incredible stay. I will definitely book again anytime I visit Longbeach!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Her place was exactly as advertised; clean, spacious and very easy to self check-in. It fit me and my 5 adult children comfortably. Location was awesome. Jasmine communicated very quickly. Highly recommended.

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! Brenda was one of the best hosts I’ve had during my Airbnb stay. Brenda was very accommodating for my family: had flexible checkin/check out times, had quality bedding and amenities, and she always prompt and friendly when I reached out about questions. The home was very clean, which I appreciated given I had stayed at other Airbnbs in Newport Beach before. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb to other guests and friends!

Beautiful place to relax and have fun. Look forward to the visit every year. Best way to do Catalina is at Blake’s. I’ve stayed at many properties all over Catalina and this property is definitely me and my family’s favorite. The house had the best view. The house was light and bright and airy. Have the use of the golf cart was also nice. We used the pool and hot tub and it was really nice my 10 year old loved it. This a great place for a small family or couple. There are lots of stairs getting to and from the house but it made for good exercise. We had a lovely stay.

Overall stay was amazing, with beautiful views. Check in went smooth thanks to the host explaining everything beforehand. I would recommend downloading the Circuit app for transportation from the check-in location to Hamilton Cove. Circuit transportation is a lot cheaper than catching a taxi. The Hamilton Cove unit is a well-maintained updated condo. The unit does come with a golf cart which is a bit worn, however it got us around the island during our stay. The views from the unit are spectacular and it’s a quiet community. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful complex with gorgeous views and lots of nice amenities. Loved staying at Hamilton Cove in Catalina Island. Looks like a village on a Greek island, quaint, charming and peaceful.

Had our first visit to Catalina, and I'm so glad we found this gem. The condo was beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. If you didn't know better, it looks like you are in Greece! You can see down to the private beach (Note:pebbles, not sand) and hear the waves crashing easily from the balconies. Everything is as described, the home was impeccably cleaned, and EVERY, SINGLE, THING throughout the entire condo was nautically themed. Dishes, towels, bedding, decor; It was absolute delight! Plenty of extra blankets & towels, and space heaters should you need them. Also major bonus - you get your own golf cart included. This is a secluded community, so not within walking distance of downtown Avalon, but if you prefer the serenity of hearing the waves and having a perfect view of the sunrise, this is a perfect spot. Oh, and Amber was incredibly prompt and courteous with responding. Should we go to Avalon again, I'm sure we will try to book here first.
