My Avalon home is a wonderful warm and sunny cottage just 2 blocks from the beach, shops, boating, and other entertainment. It is located on "the flats" in the center of town for an easy walk to all destinations. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

On a hillside just over a block from the beach lies a peaceful hideaway! Partial ocean view and stunning mountain views. There is a hill to get to the condo via 49 stairs. One could also get a ride from our local "uber" called Circuit for $2. The bedroom has a queen and a single bed, while the living room has a couch that converts to a double bed and recliner.2 small bathrooms with showers.
