Welcome to "Serenity”, newly renovated and decorated luxury 4 bedroom 3.5 bath. This property is located directly on St. Patrick Creek with a private pier. Bring your fishing 🎣 rod Enjoy entertaining within the screened back porch and upper deck w/ wire railings. 2 KING Bedrooms, 1 QUEEN Bedroom, and 1 Bedroom with Bunk Beds (twins). The style of the home is coastal. The vibe is peaceful with soft colors and textures. The Kitchen is well-equipped, so you have the option to entertain.

Relax with the view of colorful sunsets while sitting waterside on the hammock. Bring the whole family to enjoy roasting marshmallows by the fire and a fun-filled day with outdoor dining, grilling, and entertainment. Wireless internet offered with Dish cable and two smart tv’s. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, oven, Keurig, pots and pans, and other utensils to make your cooking experiences more simple. Note* we do not have our own pier. Please use our fishing rods at the public pier close by!

Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

It has two bottom floor bed/bath combos, plus a fabulous sleeping loft for the kids!

The property is shared with Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa and The Blue Shell Gifts and Décor. Just a quick walk to a enjoy a massage, facial, mani/pedi, salon services and shopping! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, bicycling, walk to so many great restaurants nearby and bring your boat! Docking is available during your stay.

Private Getaway at Four Waters

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at the point where four waters meet. Use the private beach for relaxation or use the private pier for fishing. The water is 5-6ft deep at the end of the pier and can be used for fishing or crabbing. There are 6 adult kayaks and 4 kids kayaks on site available for your use. The large back deck also features Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. We also have a charcoal grill with utensils on site. Charcoal is not provided.

However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.
