This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Pet / Family Friendly Condo / Private Hot Tub

Recently renovated pet friendly family ski condo located in a cozy Eagle Vail neighborhood. This home is located near a wonderful park and sledding hill. In the winter time the ski slopes are a short bus ride away or a quick 5 minute drive to the Elk Lot. In the summer, the Eagle Vail 18 hole golf course, par 3 course and community pool/tennis courts are a short 5 minute drive away. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the private hot tub or cozy up by the electric fireplace.

Great Edwards location. Gondola! Air Conditioning in upper and main level. Beautiful, spacious home in Edwards. Surrounded by natural vegetation with common deer sightings. Great place for a large family or multiple families. Quick access to Hwy 6. . .located in a quiet neighborhood. Located just up the hill from Riverwalk, one of Edwards' great commercial areas with Starbucks, restaurants, a grocery store and movie theater. Sorry, firepit is not available summer 2026.

Less than an hours drive to Glenwood Springs. Pet-friendly with cleaning fee, 420 is ok, but outside only please.
