This was the most complete place in terms of utensils. If you want to cook yourself then you have enough kitchenware, at least much more than at other places I rented. Gels, soaps are not the cheapest. Enough of towels, kitchen towels and so on. It's normal size single bedroom flat. Good size. Silent location at night. On negative side, it's a bit far from the center. Port, so you either drive or walk to a good beach. Anyway, solid 4.9 stars.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone, było wszystko czego potrzeba do funkcjonowania. Okolica spokojna, 15minut spacerkiem do centrum, 7 minut do przystanku autobusowego. Blisko sklep czynny całą dobę. Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić mieszkanie u Rokasa

Sehr schönes Appartement. Super für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Sehr guter Service. Bei uns sogar mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank. Der Pool und das Fitnesscenter im Gebäude haben das Angebot noch perfekt abgerundet.

Unsere Gastgeberin war wie die Unterkunft...... PERFEKT!!! Indre hat uns immer mit den aktuellen News der Anlage versorgt. Die Unterkunft war so schön und praktisch für mich und meine Familie. Ob das Fitnessstudio, die Spielplätze oder die direkte Lage zum Strand, für Kinder, Paare es ist einfach für alle was dabei. Indre ist mehr als bemüht. Als wir was zum Reparieren hatten, hat sie sofort alles veranlasst. Alle Angestellten der Anlage waren sehr freundlich und bemüht Ich und meine Familie können das Appartement und die gesamte Anlage nur empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!!!!!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage- alles was man braucht um einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub zu haben. Chris & Jacqueline haben zusätzlich 10 Sterne verdient für die tolle „Betreuung“. Sie haben uns sehr weitergeholfen, wenn Frage unserseits aufkamen- sei es bei organisatorischen Dingen, als auch bei Empfehlungen für Ausflüge.

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. Allt har varit väldigt bra. Husets läge är perfekt och har allt man behöver. Värden och personalen på platsen var mycket hjälpsamma!

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

Gemütlich, nicht weit vom Strand (ca. 5 Min mit 2 kleinen Kinder) und von der Stadt (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß). Disco für die Kinder und musikalische Abenden konnten wir im nebenstehensen Hotel besuchen. Bequim für die Familien mit den Kinder. Viel Spaziergangzönen. Alles super gewesen!

I hired this apartment for a week with my son and husband over Easter break and it was perfect for what we needed. We travel to Cyprus in the summer every year and stay in long beach but on this occasion we wanted to stay in Gazimagusa. We know the area well and wanted to be in walking distance of shops and the tourist attractions. The location is perfect. With so much culture and historical buildings, we knew we would not be disappointed. There is parking is available outside the building and we always found space. The rooms are exactly as you see in the images. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We felt at home and was able to relax. Shower is powerful with hot water. I never cooked but you have all that you need in this modern kitchen. Our hosts were excellent and could not do enough to help us. I would highly recommend this property.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Excellent stay. Martins Apartment was spotlessly clean. Private Pool was amazing and had use of all the facilities at Thlassa beach resort including another Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool and Gym. Deks Restaurant on the resort had very good selection of dishes and was very reasonably priced. Martin was very helpful and responding very quickly to any queries we had. Would definitely recommend Martins apartment for anyone wanting to visit Northern Cyprus
