I stayed here during my solo trip, and I can confidently say that this is a valuable and safe place to stay, especially for a woman traveling alone. I felt secure throughout my stay. Musaib, the owner, is very kind and always ready to help whenever needed. The amenities are comprehensive, and everything you might need is available, including a well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washing machine and a drying rack. Additionally, the accommodation is conveniently located near shops and the main road, making it easy to travel to various places. I could easily walk to buy things or find food. Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially solo female travelers. It’s not only cost-effective but also safe and feels like home.

The more I say, the less it will be. This was my first time staying at an airbnb and honestly, I was a bit skeptical but I’m glad I went with my gut feeling. Right from the check-in, I felt like I have come to my own home in a different city. Nusrat ji is kind and very accommodating. I celebrated my birthday at her place and she went above and beyond to plan a surprise with my fiancé. She offered just not the most heartwarming meals but endless cups of coffees with delicious cakes or snacks she had at home. The home is kept in the best condition and the vibes are so so positive. My parents are beyond happy to have stayed at her home. We felt so welcomed and had our space without anyone’s intrusion. Kaka who cooks food is so humble and did above and beyond to feed us. I wish I could have stayed there for more days because the comfort took away our tiredness. I highly recommend this airbnb because everything is PERFECT and you will want to stay there forever. This is my third time in Srinagar, and every time I'm blown away by the hospitality. I'm so glad I chose this place instead of highly recommended boutique hotels, because I doubt I would have found this level of warmth and care anywhere else. Nusrat-ji is one of the most responsive hosts I've met -- from helping with booking cabs to giving directions to lost Uber drivers, she was there every time I needed help. Her staff - Khaka-ji and his help - are utter gems! The house itself is a short walk from the scenic and peaceful side of the Dal lake, and is immaculately maintained. The room is spacious, has a big balcony overlooking the lake, and is thoughtfully appointed - water kettle, electric blankets for winter, heater, and decent closet space. I honestly don't think the current photos do justice to the place. My only two regrets are I missed the snowfall and I didn't get to meet Nusrat-ji and her family as they were on their winter holiday. But I did get to play with darling Bruno :)

Its been a wonderful stay over there.we always felt like it was our home. It was super clean and had all the amenities mentioned earlier. Mutahir family was very helpful and they took care of my mother. We would highly recommend this place to travelling with family and we look forward to staying here again in future.

Musa was really helpful, the place was amazing. Very close to the market + we were there during off season so we had the entire house to ourselves. heating was good, they had many amenities in terms of cooking your own food and all, overall would stay again.
