Casa Colina is a quaint townhome located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Farmington in a quiet cul-de-sac. Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Casa Colina has an open floor plan of 1517 sq. ft. with enough space to hold up to 11 people on 6 beds, including a pull-out couch in the living room. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

Willow House is a single wide vintage trailer (circa 1974) with an addition on the front and a deck/porch out back with a tightly fenced yard. We have refurbished and remodeled this home. People have called it charming, cozy and peaceful. Willow House is decorated in a unique vintage way.
