Excellent value for money, great location and very cute apartment. bed is comfy, aircon is great and shower is adequate. Highly recommend Rosa's apartment for a budget friendly accomodation in Ho Chi Minh city :)

門口有一間在地河粉，當早餐還不錯，還有一間烤肉的店，味道很香！也美味 地點方便而且不吵鬧，離機場車程也不遠 房東有耐心且和善，積極的協助房客的問題，室內佈置很溫馨，許多植物，又有可愛的廚房可以使用

We booked this villa for the group 14 people.this place is amazing. I can’t imagine, how beautiful it is. I love the way how they decorate , the bed super comfy, bedroom look beautiful if I can give them 10 star, I will . I like how they treat us. And made us Feel like family. The owner was super nice. We asked for more towels more trash bag , he give anything we ask for. He gave us some fresh coconut. We are very appreciate for that. We love the cleaning lady too. She is very sweet, kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to this place again.

Hoang Anh is an exceptional host—he truly goes above and beyond! Super accommodating to all our requests, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Wow, this apartment was absolutely incredible! Perfect location on the top floor with a stunning sea view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, The building has a large swimming pool and a gym, And it’s just a 5-minute walk to a huge supermarket (Lotte Mart). But the best part? The owner! She speaks excellent English and is always ready to help with anything. Truly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She made everything so easy and pleasant. Her apartment is simply perfect — I highly recommend it!

I extended my stay here for a total of 2 1/2 months. It is a modern and clean apartment in a high rise complex. Nice view of the city and sea (from a distance) and the sunset from the balcony. Walking distance to many things including modern market. Would recommend a motorbike to explore the entire city. Air conditioning works well as does washing machine. The host responds quickly and is very responsive, pleasant and helpful. I hope to return here again some day.
