Staying at Zenith’s place was great. It is clean and well organised, and smells great too, exactly what’s in the photos. The beds are comfortable and aircons in both the rooms and lounge area. The hosts are proactive in communicating with us, answering our questions quickly. They even meet up with us during the check in and check out and helped us with our luggages. The only downside of the place is the dogs in the neighbourhood are very noisy during the night which is understandably out of their control. If you have a car it will be a challenge to find a parking but luckily the hosts are very helpful in finding one and our car was secured for the entire stay. In general, Zenith’s place is a great place to stay. Thank you to all the hosts. Keep it up! Cheers!

Lemuel and Sheryl are very responsive and helpful. Their place is clean, complete, safe, and worth more than what you paid for. Although the map linked to the “Getting There” tab (via Google Maps) did not pin the exact location, Sheryl was very responsive in giving us clear directions. Highly recommended for affordable and comfortable staycation in Bacolod!

The house and the garden were well-maintained. We didn't use the kitchen so much because most items were dusty and there was a cockroach. Overall, it was a great stay, the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable (towels are almost brand new). The highlight would be the beautiful paintings that art lovers would appreciate, and their garden that provides a relaxing ambience (we loved waking up to the sound of the birds and leaves rustling). Kuya Jun and Ate Ana (caretakers) were friendly and accommodating (we had to wake them up late at night to open the gate for us). It was just a bit scary when the power went out because there was no emergency lights and the place was super dark, although they have back-up power that they turn on after 10 minutes, as per the caretakers. GrabFood/GrabCar can easily requested from the area.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

Residence 1380 is a fantastic AirBnB for big families or groups who need a place to stay in the heart of Bacolod City. It is a stone’s throw away from City Hall, and is just next to MegaWorld’s Upper East development. There is a Savemore Grocery, Jollibee and Mcdonalds nearby. Residence 1380 itself feels just like home. It feels like your family’s house in the province that you visit during vacation. There are 7 rooms. Beds are clean, there are aircons and fans. Showers have heated water. The house has an open air patio in the middle, where you can enjoy dinner under the stars. The kitchen is well stocked, complete with all the utensils and equipment you need to prepare hot meals. There is fast wifi internet that is hassle-free to connect to. And the garage can fit 2 large vehicles

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

This place was an immediate hit for the family! The unit had a modern and elegant ambience that, when coupled with the intimate and cozy feel of the interior, sets the tone for a unique and memorable experience! Conveniently, you also have access to the gym and pool for an additional day pass fee. Still, it’s a great value for money if you’re a homebody or working remotely, thanks to the fast and stable internet connection. It also works well for gamers, as there’s no spike in latency during gameplay! Similarly, if you love watching movies or having movie marathons, the SmartTV will surely impress. There’s so much to love about this unit, and all of it is positive! I highly recommend this place—not only for the immaculate interior and amenities but also for the wonderful experience made possible by a great host. 💖 Already looking forward to our next stay!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at this studio unit. It was clean and just the right size for two people. The bathroom was okay, and the overall setup was comfortable. What stood out the most was the host’s hospitality—he was very accommodating, even helping us with a last-minute change to our guest list. He was friendly and showed genuine concern, which made our experience even better. Would recommend for a hassle-free stay!

my friends and I had a great stay. there was an intermittent internet connection but overall it is a convenient location for a place to stay in BCD. Host is responsive as well. 🙂

We had a great stay! The space was clean and cozy, and one thing that really stood out was how fresh and good the beddings smelled...especially the comforter on the sofa bed 😁. It made settling in super comfortable. The location is also a big plus! It's very close to prime spots like restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Back again for a 2nd stay! This is my go to place whenever Im in Bacolod. Easy to get around and responsive host. Definitely felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. It's a great value, I can’t recommend it enough.

The unit was impeccably clean and beds are comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It has the quality kitchen and cooking utinsels. Ideal for a family staycation.

Stayed for 3days, 2nights and it was a good experience. The room is great and we enjoyed playing the PS5. The host is very responsive to all of our concerns. I will give this room 10 out of 10 ☺️

The place is very eco-friendly. I like the vibe, the view, and the neighborhood. Noli's place provides comfort, sense of calm and peace, and certainly there is value for money. The host is responsive and accommodating. We will be back, for sure. :)

Smooth check in, I think the aircon is kinda a small for the unit itself since its so slow to make the room cold especially when we arrived. Loacation is near a supermarket, resto and airport. So convenient especially if you have a car since there's a a parking space. Overall experience is superb. Thank you.
