Eugene is a very nice and kind host! He hosted me for 2.5 months and I have 0 complaints. The place had everything I needed for the cold winter - super insulated and working ondol (floor heating) system and efficient dryers. Never had an issue with the shower water temperature and electric stove was sufficient to cook simple meals.

Convenient location, communicative host, spacious with everything you need! Would stay again.

Great little apartment in a great neighbourhood in Seoul. Easy to get around with nearby bus stops and metro stations. Apartment was pristine and everything was brand new. Host gave clear instructions of location and access to the building and apartment by keypad. Fantastic location for exploring this vibrant city.

This was a great stay for our group of eight college students. There were many beds and bathrooms, and the apartment is located in a quiet place near lots of food and public transit. Nana is super accommodating and willing to help us as issues come up. It was replete with all the amenities.

Helen was an amazing host! She was incredibly kind and accommodating. We had a larger group so she really went out of her way to make sure that we could stay comfortably. The physical place itself I would say is equivalent to what you pay for but it is very convenient and close to a lot of things in Hapjeong. Helen by far is the best host that I have interacted with and I would stay at another one of her places again just because of her hospitality alone! Thank you again Helen for making our stay so memorable.

The place is really cozy and clean to stay in. It looks exactly like how it shows in the photos. The host was really responsive in replying. The instructions given to locate the area was very clear. I would like to recommend everyone to try out this place :)

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

곤지암 스키장에서 매우 가깝고 차량주차도 2대가 가능해서 친구 커플여행으로 너무 편하게 다녀왔습니다! 식기류도 4인에 맞춰서 준비되어있고 설거지도 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있어서 찜찜한 부분 하나 없이 편하게 쉬었습니다~일회용 치약에 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어있고 라면 4봉지에 넷플릭스도 사용할 수 있는게 진짜 친구 집에 놀러간거 같았어요ㅎㅎ 숙소 내에 부분부분 안내문이 잘 붙어있어서 헷갈리는 부분 하나 없이 잘 이용했어요^^

距離弘大商圈約十分鐘路程，路面平坦。附近有便利店 家居佈置舒適,有很香的味道,有提供沐浴用品 房東回覆迅速,亦非常樂意幫忙,真的很感謝他

Clean, you could tell it was nearly brand new! Great value.

The apartment was exactly what I needed for the 2 weeks I spent there. It was clean and free of clutter and every amenity I would need was supplied. It is in close proximity to Seolleung station which is on subway Line 2 (the ring route around Seoul) so it has great connections to the rest of the city. It is two stops from Gangnam station and one from Samseong station which is where the Coex Mall is. There are also a lot of restaurants less than a block away where you could probably find anything you might be in the mood for. The apartment was quiet despite being so close some lively parts of the city. If I was looking to stay in an AirBnB around Seoul again I would consider staying here or at any other of Curt's locations.

위치도 좋고 숙소 상태도 매우 만족했습니다. 주차 이슈로 몇 번 연락드렸는데 대응 매우 빠르게 해주셔서 잘 해결되었습니다

근처에 호수공원과 백화점도 있고 주변에 있을 건 다 있어서 편했어요! 숙소는 사진과 동일했어요. 침대도 폭신폭신해서 잠 자기 편했고, 뭣보다 청결을 우선시하는데 진짜 깨끗하고 좋았어요✩⃛( ͒ ु•·̫• ू ͒) 나중에 또 이용하고 싶어요!!

This was our second stay at Sejin's. We enjoyed the stay, the apartment is walking distance to the river trail, and you can jump on the #17 bus to get to iPark mall. As usual, the place was very clean and Sejin easy to contact when we had questions.

房間很棒 空間很大 交通位置也很好 一樓就有便利商店跟olive young 非常方便 唯一小缺點 因為枕頭太軟了🥲睡的不是很舒服

Overall, our family of 4 loved this airbnb. We stayed at 2 locations during our visit in South Korea. This one and one near hongdae. My husband and I talked about how much we preferred this place over the other. Luxurious. We had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us. The elevator was essential. Location- the place is in a great location for traveling in Gangnam. Its right by the subway exit which is awesome for traveling around especially to sinsadong. Close to bus stop. Walking distance to starfield coex mall. Good resturants and coffee shops. Stay- place looks just like the photos. My fav thing about this place was the incredible views. Its on the high floor and faces the Gangnam river when the sun rises. I sat on the window seat every morning. The only trouble we had was the a/c. It takes a bit to cool down the place. It was so warm when we entered which was stressful. Once the place cools down it was fine. Clean bathrooms. Twin beds okay. Queen was comfortable. Pillows were goo
