Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Bahía de Banderas

Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, el lugar está muy agradable, pantalla tv en cada cuarto asi como cocina muy equipada, un lugar bastante bonito se siente de verdad de lujo, una alberca preciosa. además de una ubicación excelente que nos permitió disfrutar gran parte de la rivera y de Puerto Vallartam sin lugar a dudas lo volveremos nuestro destino frecuente para vacacionar y regresaremos a casa de Edgar quien por cierto siempre estuvo muy atento a nosotros, es un tipazo!

We loved the place and found the description/photos very accurate. The design is stylish/modern and simple with an emphasis on the natural materials & colors. We loved the palapa roof, you really feel like your sleeping in the top of the trees. The decks give you a peek view of the ocean and you can still hear the waves breaking along with all the wonderful birds of the area. We did not take advantage of the golf cart but found it easy to walk everywhere. The quieter north beach is less than 10 minutes walk and the center of town beaches about 15. There are many restaurant/bar/market options close by in the north end of town -10 minutes max. The pool is wonderful and we often had it all to ourselves, a pool attendant was there every morning to clean it. The towels, 3 styles provided - bath, pool, and beach were great. The kitchen is well equipped - we used it to cook breakfast. We also used the washer/dryer and found it easy. AC worked very well in all rooms. Could use a hairdryer.

place was in a nice quiet part of the town, near convenient stores and an ATM - we felt very safe walking around at all times of the day and night

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina está muy buen equipada, un refrigerador de muy buen tamaño para guardar lo necesario para varios días. Ell refrigerador con una sorpresa que pone contento a cualquiera, unos refrescos y una botella de vino tinto listos para servirse. El mueble de sala muy cómodo y la televisión de un muy buen tamaño y calidad para disfrutar una película, hay Netflix. La recamara tiene una cama muy cómoda, se agradece que tiene 4 almohadas muy acolchadas, el closet de un tamaño que no se llena con lo de unas vacaciones. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en la sala y la recamara. El baño con un lavabo donde cabe todo, solo la regadera es difícil de domar porque supongo que tienen un calentador de paso. Aún cuando el departamento está al lado de la carretera no molesta el ruido del tráfico, y hay mucho, ni para ver la televisión ni para dormir. Grácias a Laura y Lorena por sus atenciones

Un excelente lugar, muy bonito, privado, es ideal para descansar, los demás departamentos estuvieron reservados por personas muy tranquilas. El tener acceso al restaurante del lugar mientras conoces Bucerías te ayuda muchísimo! El departamento está súper equipado, muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario pensado en vivir ahí por un tiempo prolongado. Está muy cerca de la playa y cerca de supermercados. Te dan los mejores consejos y recomendaciones del lugar. Te prestan sombrillas, toallas y sillas de playa para que tu estadía sea lo más fácil posible! Nos quedamos con nuestra mascota y un bebé. Gracias a Tom y Felipe por ser grandes anfitriones !

Me encanta este espacio, es súper cómodo y tranquilo. La decoración y calidad de sabanas y toallas me gusta y los baños están lindos y funcionan perfecto. Gracias nuevamente por recibirnos Kristen

es una gran estancia muy bonitas vistas cuartos muy cómodos y excelentes espacios la llegada tiene una rampa muy inclinada pero la vista hace que valga la pena con gusto regresamos a este airbnb

Beautiful place in Sayulita. The property is well maintained, quiet for the most part (some nearby construction), and the pool and patio are spacious and clean. The location is up a hill, so you’ll get your steps in if you forgo a scooter or golf cart. We considered this an active vacation, so all the walking into town, around the streets, and along the beach was just a part of the adventure. 2 minute walk to breakfast, 6 minutes to the town plaza. There were a couple concerns with cleanliness (dusty AC vents and the water crock was mildewy), but we brought it to Mathilde’s attention and she was very responsive and helpful. She even came to check it out. We asked for another beach chair with straps and the manager brought us a brand new one, so helpful to backpack with beach chairs and an umbrella down to the beach. We will stay here again without a second thought if we are in Sayulita again. Great value, gorgeous property, and wonderful and attentive hosts.

Great place! The house was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Planning our trip was easy with Sophia helping us through the check in process and answering all our questions. Her home felt like our own with all her beautiful plants! I would recommend to friends and family!!

Great spot! The hosts are wonderful - we ran out of water but they were quick to provide a refill. Also, the cell network and internet went down for the whole region while we were staying here but the hosts provided a letter on our door explaining the situation. If it weren’t for the letter we wouldn’t have known why nothing was working. They took great care of us! The neighbouring dog was the perfect little treat as well! The only thing worth mentioning is that the place has a hill you need to go up and down in order to reach town. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to make that a little bit easier of a trip

La casa es muy cómoda, amplia y tienen todo lo necesario para pasar la temporada. La colonia es extremadamente tranquila. La ubicación es bastante beneficiosa, de un lado esta la col, valle dorado que ofrece todo tipo de comida desde restaurantes hasta antojitos y taquitos, servicios como farmacias oxxos y hacia la costa están los restaurantes más elegantes. Lo más fácil es llevar tu propio vehículo. El internet suele estar bastante estable y de buena velocidad. Combinado con lo tranquilo de la zona, es excelente para trabajo remoto. La privada es bastante estricta con las mascotas ( lo cual es bueno, se aseguran que las áreas verdes siempre estén limpias) , pero los alrededores puedes salir a pasear, y la playa más cercana (fibba) te permiten estar en paz con ellos. Muy felices y planeanando en regresar pronto.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Casa Castillo. It's a beautiful, spacious home that is well appointed to make your stay an easy one. Our two teenagers liked having their own bedroom/bath. We cooked several meals at home, loved the pool, admired the plants, and borrowed books in the house about the area. The location is easy to manage without a car and always felt safe. Both Brandi and Paige (local host) are extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgable. During a week-long stay, we never had a bad minute in San Pancho!

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en familia, conecta facilísimo con playas de Puerto Vallarta y de Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, etc. el precio es muy adecuado, la estancia muy agradable. excelente anfitrión.

The condo was fantastic very comfortable, living spaces and big open glass doors facing the ocean and pool. Location-wise it's not within the gated community which I didn't mind and it was right by the pebbly Anclote break. The restaurants strip is a five minute walk from the place and were outstanding with great atmosphere and unique menus from fancy Mexican to Italian and sushi. I enjoyed a trip to the Islas Marietas and saw whales. Jon sets you up with a Concierge who can help you with all kinds of things from babysitting to arranging transportation and cooking classes. Parking on premise was secure. The climate control in the apartment was great with tons of ceiling fans and AC units in every room. Keyless entry was convenient for the family.

This home is really a gem! The place is incredibly spacious and in a wonderful location-super close to all of the bars and restaurants, but still seems quiet enough at night. The balcony was fabulous, and where I preferred to kick my feet up over a cup of coffee or unwind at night. Beds were comfortable, and there were ample blankets/towels/linens. Eloisa was an absolute delight, and met me with some AMAZING guac (soooo good, thank you and your mom!), chips, and a couple of beers at check in. Her care for her property is undeniable, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive to messages. Overall a fantastic stay I couldn't recommend more.

Excelente condominio, todo muy limpio y ordenado, estuvimos en comunicación constante en nuestra llegada. así como se ve la publicación está el condominio. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The apartment is located right next to the par three Vidanta’s golf course. The view is great and having access to Vidanta and Gran Mayan is a plus. A minor disappointment was lack of toiletries and kitchen basics such sugar, salt, napkins, cooking oil, extra toilet paper, drinking water. The front desk can send garrafons of water but for some reason, two times in 7 days they were out of them. The pool and gardens of “Balancan” are great. The front desk provides towels for the pool. It was relaxing to use the condo pool. There is a great selection of restaurants less than 10 mins from the apartment. Guillermo was of great help and very kind. The personnel at Balancan deserves also mention as all of them were helpful and polite. I would return.

We had a wonderful stay here. This is the perfect location with access to the beach, lots of restaurants and an amazing pool in the building. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Tuvimos una estancia excelente. El inmueble está en perfectas condiciones, limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La terraza es uno de los grandes aciertos del lugar: ideal para compartir momentos en familia y relajarse mientras se disfruta del paisaje. La cafetería tiene buen servicio y es una opción práctica para desayunar o tomar algo ligero. La alberca en el rooftop es increíble, con una vista espectacular. La playa tiene muchas piedras, pero es algo característico de la zona y no afectó en nada nuestra experiencia. Además, Miguel estuvo siempre muy atento y pendiente de cualquier detalle, lo cual hizo que todo fluyera de maravilla. ¡Nos gustó tanto que ya estamos planeando regresar en septiembre!

great place to stay in Punta Mita. walkable location with lots to do or just chillax

A pesar de la diferencia de horario por el lugar donde habita Brian, siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda, muy amable. El lugar muy bonito, el condominio tiene reglas muy claras que se deben tomar en cuenta. La pequeña playa tiene muchas piedras, en general en Bucerias en estos tiempos, hay muchísimas piedras, cosa que hace algunos años no estaba así, para considerar. Los asoleados muy cómodos, al igual que la alberca. El restaurante aunque tiene un horario recortada, está muy rico y quienes atienden, muy muy amables. Nuestra estancia en general fue muy agradable.
