From the moment I booked until I checked out, everything was perfect. Yuriy was extremely responsive and made my stay very comfortable! I will definitely book again.

Kids loved the pool. Had an awesome stay. James was very responsive. Will definitely be our go to in Jacksonville.

The best thing about this place is the owners. They are absolutely phenomenal! The saying, "Ask and you shall receive " is key here. They are so responsive! They checked in after night one. My family has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. I mentioned that we didnt sleep well because of fragrances on the sheets, blankets and items. They worked with us to find a solution but I said no worries we will figure it out. Instead this sweet family ordered new sheets, towels, hand towels and washcloths for ALL the rooms. We communicated consistently throughout the stay. They provided everything we needed and then some. The pool is PHENOMENAL! We spent so much time in the amazing heated pool. In addition as they were ordering paper products and other things I noted would be helpful (silverware etc) they also ordered more pots and pans too! Any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond. Best hosts. Comfortable rooms. We love the closeness to highway and other attractions. ❤️

Great place to stay with the family!

I ended up staying at Andrews last minute (as the airbnb we originally booked notified us the day of that there was a leak and could no longer host us), and our family could not of made a better decision. This place is a true hidden gem and worth every penny. The pool was well maintained, the area was peacful, the home was spotless (and just as pictured) and the home was well stocked with all or our needs. The host was polite, patient and responsive. We look forward to booking our next trip.

Very happy with our stay here. As a Norwegian family of 6 we really felt like we where living the «american dream» in a real neighbourhood. The kids loved the pool and the garden, and we had a good base to experience the Jacksonville area.

This has been our home away from home for the last 3 years and we are hoping to continue our tradition. As always Marlon's home is beautiful and he is always a phone call away. The home is located in a quiet area, very clean and well stocked. God willing we will return next year!

Was a wonderful day, we ended up having to extend our stay by two days and they were able to accommodate us quickly. They were very responsive through the whole process from the time you booked to the time you checked out they were very understanding about things and very appreciative of anything being brought to their attention. Will definitely be looking to stay again next time we’re down there.

Flor and Dianna were great host from the beginning. I loved the place and felt at home. We were in the process of moving to the area from our off state and Dianna offered her assistance. Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

Mr Jose was very very sweet. He even came over to make sure that I had a clear understanding of the backyard. Only because there's another place in backyard. Yet, the backyard is accessible to everyone. I have stayed in Jacksonville FL at another AirB&B. It was so bad that I didn't leave a review and had to call AirB&B. I was so thankful that I was able to be somewhere that was like home. It is Truly what Mr Jose named it. The Blessing Home!!! 🙌🏾

Great property for us while attending an event at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center. Directions were easy. The weather was cold and we weren't she how to switch to the furnace and they answered our question within a few minutes. Very clean and private rental.

Kimberly was very kind and responsive. Her place worked great for my work crew for the week. Would absolutely book this place again. Make sure to check out Ichetucknee springs while in the area you won’t be disappointed! Also XAPA has some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.
