We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the apartment was just as described. It’s in a great location — within walking distance to the old town, a few bakeries, and just minutes from the bus and train stations. The space is well-equipped with a full-size fridge, hot plate, and kettle, though there isn’t a toaster. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay!

The apartment was just like the photos—very clean, and the host was very responsive. I also liked the location; it was close to Blloku, the nightlife center of Tirana.

L’appartamento è arredato benissimo, luminoso, vicino al centro e corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione fornita. Le due camere hanno la loro privacy, quindi è perfetto da condividere anche con un’altra coppia di amici o parenti.

Emplacement idéal, parking privé très appréciable. Très joli studio aménagé avec goût, impeccable et bien équipé pour cuisiner simplement les soirs où on n’a pas envie d’aller au resto. Le roof top avec la piscine est magique. Stefani est une hôte très agréable, disponible et souriante. Bref tout était parfait et nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés .

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Nadejda. L' appartement est très agréable propre moderne calme à proximité de tout. Nadejda a pensé aux moindres détails pour l équiper et pour notre confort bravo à elle. C' est une super hôte très intentionnée très gentille et très réactive. Quoi ajouter de plus c était exceptionnel nous recommandons+++

The flat is in a nice quiet, residential location. Noise free. There's a little 'corner' shop a few yards down the road. A few larger supermarkets within a short walk as well. The bus stop is less than 5 mins walk, and the No. 42 takes you to most places around the island. It cost €25 for a weekly bus pass, they are very reliable and frequent. The beds were super comfortable, super clean and the showers were excellent, hot and powerful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals., with staples such as oil, tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc in the cupboards. A large fridge and freezer. A large table and chairs to eat at. The WiFi was good and steady There is a restaurant about 10 mins walk, The House of Flavors... that served the BEST steak ever!! Jason was super helpful with any questions we had, with local knowledge, how to get about and where to go. Friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Emiljia und ihr Mann haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Da wir am Feiertag angereist sind und keine Geschäfte offen hatten, haben sie uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelassen. Ihr Mann hat uns ein paar Tips für die Gegend gegeben und uns beim einparken geholfen. Der Parkplatz in Dubrovnik ist Gold Wert...auch wenn fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar ist, so haben wir für unseren Mietwagen doch einen Platz vor der Haustür gehabt. Unserer Tochter haben die beiden Katzen sehr gut gefallen...rundum tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber. vielen Dank

This place mach more then description, first, easy end fast ceck in and ceck out, second, privacy and safety 100%,third and not the last, this place it's spotless clean, nice feeling of a welcome after the first step in, all the appliances are working, nice and practical furniture, natural light all day long, a nice balcony to have your tea or coffee, at the end but not the last, best you can get for your money, the location it's perfect, nice, clean and quiet area, few minutes walk to the center, nice restaurants near, market place, supermarkets, clinics, etc, I highly recommend this place, and I take this opportunity to thanks to the owner for his effort and flexibility. Thank you very much.

I absolutely loved Petros' space. Very homely and a great location for me. It was very close to my favorite rooftop restaurant and shops. Love, love, love...

Pour vivre la vie d’un sicilien de Syracuse cet appartement était parfait, idéalement, placé propre et confortable! C’est un sans-faute! (Prenez en compte que le cœur de la ville est interdit à la circulation et qu’il faudra donc marcher dans la ville avec vos valises, mais ça fait partie du charme puisque tout est piéton.)

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können anderen einen Aufenthalt dort empfehlen. Wir wurden mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit empfangen. Spyros zeigte sich sehr flexibel bzgl. unseres Check-Out. Unser Flug ging erst abends. Da am gleichen Tag neue Gäste kamen, konnten wir zwar nicht später auschecken, uns wurde aber angeboten, dass wir unsere Koffer bis zum Abend dort unterstellen könnten. Dadurch konnten wir unsere letzten Stunden in Chania noch sehr gut nutzen. Spyros antwortete immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Das WLan hat sehr gut funktioniert. Obwohl man zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt ist, liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Trotz schlechten Wetters hatten wir eine gute Zeit dort.

Mak is a very friendly and considerate person! His apartment was one of my favorite stays so far, I highly recommend it and I hope to stay again if I have the chance, I would give 6 stars if I could!

Mijn dochter en haar vriendin lopen stage op Malta en verblijven bij Mario,het is een leuk appartement en hij is super vriendelijk en reageert direct.

Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir durften sogar den Check out um 2 Stunden verlängern. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Polecam pobyt u Ivany, mieszkanie czyste, z małymi niedociągnięciami, ale nie zwracaliśmy na to większej uwagi. Widok z balkonu cudowny, zdecydowanie moglibyśmy tam wrócić 😊 Kontakt również był bardzo dobry, szybko i konkretnie. Doceniamy dostępność podstawowych produktów.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen und die Wohnung war tip top. Alles war so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und der einzige kleine negative Punkt ist die stark befahrene Straße, die man aber beim geschlossenen Fenster nicht hört (und auch nur zum Zimmer nach vorne raus im 5. Stock). Da wir aber sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren hat es uns nicht gestört und im Küchenbereich bzw. dem Whirlpool (6. Stock) hört man die Straße kaum noch. Die Woche war super und die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Man ist schnell auf der Fähre nach Gozo und auch in den Süden bzw. nach Valletta haben wir nur ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto gebraucht. Parkplatz war auch kein Problem und der Sonnenaufgang vom Whirlpool aus ist einfach genial. Danke an Kevin für die Unterstützung.

Fin lägenhet med gångavstånd till allt vi kunde önska. På 15 minuter kan man gå inom ett välsorterad supermarket, gott bageri och stannat till för lite färska bär eller frukt. I lägenheten fanns allt vi kunde önska. Ett välutrustat kök och stor tillgång till handdukar. Lägenheten är perfekt som utgångspunkt för utflykt både till havs och på land. Åker gärna hit igen!

Incredibly friendly hosts who welcomed us on short notice! The property is beautiful and centrally located, with great amenities and beautiful decor. We wish we were able to stay here longer - we felt right at home!

Zona linistita intr-un residence modern. Locatia arata ca in descriere, iar privelistea este frumoasa. La 10 minute de centru cu taxi-ul/masina. Locul de parcare este sub balcon, pentru car guys e fix ce trebuie daca vrei sa-ti vezi masina. Apa in jacuzzi ar fi putut sa fie mai curata. Am gasit jacuzzi-ul cu capacul pus, dar in acelasi timp apa avea deja tigrii/musculite prin ea. Mi-a dat impresia ca apa nu a fost schimbata inainte sa ne cazam, dar poate ma insel eu. Dau 5 stele in ideea in care vreau sa mai vin in aceasta locatie si sa am o experienta si mai buna.

Odlična lokacija. Iz balkona in kuhinje je res lep pogled na morje. Stanovanje je opremljeno z vsem kar potrebuješ, prav tako je opremljena kuhinja. Manjkala mi je samo pečica. V bližini je veliko parkirišče in dolga urejena sprehajalna pot ob morju. Jelena je prijazna in odzivna, definitivno priporočam.
