It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

Herzlich Willkommen in Haus Swanhild! Das gerade fertiggestellte barrierefreie, energieeffiziente Skandihaus befindet sich mit seinem Schwesterhaus "Haus Theda" in einem ruhigen, parkähnlichen Grundstück am Fockbeker See. Es ist firstsoffen und lichtdurchflutet. Seine Innenräume sind durch Galerie, Wohnküche, Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Familiensofa definiert. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer. Auf der Galerie gibt es einen zusätzlichen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich. Die Süd-Veranda lädt zum Outdoor-Living ein.

Ein gemütliches Versteck in der Holsteinischen Hügellandschaft ganz nah an der Ostsee (LL 10km) ist dieses Blockbohlenhaus. Ich kam, sah und wollte am liebsten viel länger bleiben. Das nennt man heute "Schockverliebt". Genau das möchten wir (der Verein, der dieses Haus nutzt und ich) jetzt teilen: Dieses Traumhaus ist nach Feng shui eingerichtet und nun seid Ihr seid herzlich Willkommen, diesen herrlichen Platz zu geniessen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. selbst mitbringen. Keine Haustiere.

Cozy old seaside cottage in the first row. The garden leads straight down to the beach. The original house is old but well kept. The newly built sunroom, with a direct view of the sea, makes the house enjoyable all year round. The rooms are small and what we call an annex can only be seen as an extra bedroom located 8 meters from the house and cannot be locked from inside. The house is ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. The price includes use of electricity, water, and heating.

In summer and autumn - great areas mountain tracking (Høgevarde, Tempelseter, Gråfjell, Ranten, Madonna), biking, swimming, picking berries, fishing and relaxing. Norefjell ski and spa is located 15 minutes away. In winter: Ski tracks are just outside our cabin. Norefjell skisenter is 15 minutes away by car.
