Great in town location, recently renovated kitchen and bath, Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, and nicely appointed with dedicated workspace, off street parking, convenient to shopping and restaurants. We host Travelers for the local hospital and other medical facilities. Pet Notes: Pets are to be approved in advance, Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed. Located only one hour from Charleston and an hour and a half from Columbia. No pets please. WE NOW HAVE WIFI!

Copper Penny

We totally gutted this home and came up with the whole new design and look that we wanted to tie into a rural southern look. We used materials from an old barn while adding new materials representing rustic charm. When you walk in, it feels "cozy" and it is!
