Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and surrounded by Mediterranean nature, it is an ideal choice for those looking to escape the busy nightlife and crowds, while still being close to the town centre (1.2 km), main and local bus stations, grocery stores, the market, restaurants, cafes, and more.

Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

The L studio/apartment is located on 2nd floor in the house. It is newly renovated in April 2023. The studio has one bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. From studio you have a beautiful view on Boka Bay and Verige. Guests can also use terraces in front of the house that are on the first line from the sea and have a view on Boka Bay and two islands.
