Water and electricity supplies are not included in the price. The guest agrees to paid it monthly according to the consumption and within 48 hours after the settlement of supplies is sent, based on actual meters readings and companies official rates. The cleaning service (60€) is intended to maintain a good level of cleanliness in the apartment during the stay of our guests. It will last for two hours and includes the removal of dust from all surfaces, aspiration and scrubbing of floors, wash basins, cooking surfaces and microwave in the kitchen; wash showers, sinks and toilets in bathrooms, replacement of garbage bags and washing of bed linen and towels. These cleanings will only be carried out without the guests in the apartment and according to our own cleaning schedule, which will be communicated to the client with no less than a week in advance. To be able to carry out the cleaning service in good condition we will need the kitchen to be clear, with the crockery already ready in the dishwasher, as well as for the apartment to be reasonably ordered. The extra time that the cleaning could take for not meeting these requirements will be billed to the guest at 20€/h. To be able to request a previous visit to the apartment for a long stay contract, please send your full name, age, reason for the stay in Barcelona and the number of people expected to occupy the apartment together with the request. Visits are not frequent and are in all cases subject to availability. Tienes dos habitaciones privadas: la principal con cama doble y una segunda con una cama de matrimonio pequeña. Sabemos que en Barcelona se come de lujo, pero también que comer fuera todos los días puede ser agotador (para el cuerpo y para el bolsillo). Por eso, hemos equipado la cocina con todo lo necesario para que te prepares algo en casa cuando el cuerpo te pida una tregua. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo. Si vienes con niños o bebés, avísanos con tiempo; si tenemos disponibilidad, te dejamos una cuna o una trona para que no tengas que cargar con la casa a cuestas. Sinceramente, no creemos que con todo lo que hay que ver en Barcelona te haga falta, pero tienes televisión por si una noche decides que el mejor plan es simplemente quedarse a ver una película. El balcón es el complemento perfecto para la luz natural del salón. Está pensado para que salgas a tomar el aire, leas un poco o simplemente disfrutes del clima de Barcelona desde la barrera. A fantastic apartment with 4 single beds. The apartment is very quiet and have balcony. No smoke inside of apartment. Keys box for self checkin. We will pass the password 3 days before the trip . The adults guests ( over 16 years old) need pay 9.5€ per person per night for the city tax. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment. The adults guests ( over 17 years old) need pay 6.25€ per person per night for the city tax. My cleaner lives near around the apartment building, she can take care of our guests all the time.
