Zum historischen Stadtzentrum mit Fußgängerzone, Geschäften und Restaurants, sind es nur ca 4 km. Ebenso zu den beiden Stränden und dem Fähr- und Yachthafen. Das Appartement verfügt über einen Holzdielenboden, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein geräumiges Bad mit Tageslicht. Der Wohnbereich wird erweitert durch zwei sonnige Terrassen.

Casa Afortunada befindet sich auf der ruhigeren Seite des Barrancos in Hermigua. Von hier aus führen Fußwege in jeweils ca. 20 min zum Meeresschwimmbecken El Pescante, zur Playa Santa Catalina, zur Finca Canarias Aloe Vera, zu 2 Supermärkten, zu den Restaurants El Faro und Tasca Telémaco, zur Bar Casa Creativa und einigen anderen kleinen Lokalen und Cafés, sowie zu verschiedenen Wanderwegen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in ca.30 min die Playa de la Caleta und die Hauptstadt San Sebastián.

The photo with the red arrows shows the location of both. Also an easy walk to the beach and Hermigua’s iconic sea swimming pool. The property is in the warmer part of Hermigua, which is worth considering when booking during the winter months. Depending on your arrival time, Hedi can collect you from the bus stop😊

My apartment is good for couples and families. It has optical fiber with 600mbps, perfect for working in a very quiet place. Only 3 minutes from the beach. It has a swimming pool you can use. The pool is open all year round, they only close it when there is some maintenance to be done.
