Kayaks, canoe, paddle boat and lake mat are provided as well as life jackets. Fish and swim from the dock, or walk 2 min. to a sandy beach.

This stately house is surrounded by beautiful mature maples and includes a large porch overlooking the fields. The farm is a quick drive to Portsmouth and the ocean.
