As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

As well as your own private garden, guests also have shared access to the orchard, woodland and swimming lake, all set within just over three acres of land that is enjoyed by all guests that stay here. Chalet Starfish is in an amazing spot facing directly onto the dunes, just a short stroll to Gwithian beach. Great for walking, surfing and exploring the surrounding coast and nature. It’s a truly peaceful location with no passing traffic, close to cafes and pubs. We welcome well behaved dogs. We've recently refreshed the house with new flooring, paint and furniture but it still has all the quirkiness of a classic beach chalet, comfortable and relaxed. Short breaks available.
