The place was perfectly situated away from the busyness of Tagaytay yet not too secluded that you can easily access restaurants, convenience stores, and malls. The room was perfect for me and my partner and we enjoyed every minute in Chino’s place. We especially loved the variety of ways to make your coffee (free and unlimited!!) in the Cactus cafe located within the premises. You can choose from either espresso, pour-over, or simple brewing. They have complete equipments for it. One thing I’d have to say is that it may not be a good option for PWDs, given the steps going in and out of the airbnb. Nonetheless, my partner and I loved this place and we’ll definitely come back for a much needed R&R whenever we’re in Tagaytay!

It was actually a peaceful stay. The area is captivatingly beautiful and I am sure it is a great deal to stay overnight. No corkage fee and the staff is very helpful. It is also pet friendly and the neighbors are helpful as well. Thank you, Ate Marilou.

Sean’s place did not disappoint. We’ve been searching for an easily accessible and decent pet-friendly resort with clean and stable basic living amenities within our budget, and his place in Mabini comes highly recommended. It’s primarily a diving center as most resorts in Anilao are, with mostly Korean and international guests, hence, their restaurant serves mostly Korean cuisine and limited local dishes. We are not into diving, but we are glad that he accommodated us warmly and allowed early check-in free of charge. Their staff are friendly and their restaurant serves delicious food, which may seem a bit pricey, but you’ll realize the service and generous servings are worth the cost. They also have a massage therapist on call in case you need the service. Paid parking is available at 200 pesos overnight. Our furbaby had a great time, too, meeting the resident pets and enjoying the beach with really clear water and safe slope. I appreciate how they keep the place neat and clean.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. A true beachfront escape with a touch of lush forest vibes. Although the shoreline is rocky, you can easily plan an island-hopping adventure to the nearest sandy beach island. It's a duplex so you have two rooms. Ideal for our family of four. The water is clear, you can still enjoy swimming just ask which area has a less huge rocks, beach is ideal for snorkeling. This spot is perfect for unwinding, reconnecting with nature, and simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Ate Boni, the caretaker is nice and attentive to our needs.

Michael and his wife have a wonderful "Deserted Island" . They are some of the most friendly hosts I've ever had with Airbnb. They were happy to share meals, show us around the island, and we easily formed a friendship! The property is quiet and very beautiful, surrounded by palm trees on 3 sides, and the beach on the other. Michael offers kayaks and badminton rackets and there's several great beaches for swimming nearby. The 2 bedrooms are very nicely put together, with high-quality furnishings and linens. The outdoor (but well covered) bathrooms are just stunning and a joy to use. Do note that the 2 rooms are quite private but the kitchen area is in a more shared area. Kitchen is very well equipped! As a digital nomad, I particularly enjoyed that the property is well covered by Starlink. This part of Mindoro is very remote. We made it with a regular car, but to properly explore I'd highly recommend a 4x4. Come prepared with groceries as there's not much around. Overall, 10/10

Our team had a great time! There were ocassional power outage but the caretaker is just beside the property, he gave us rechargeable lights, the owner is also very helpful, we left an item and we hope to get it back. we also made an internal arrangement. We'd love go back maybe with our families.

2nd time to stay here since we had a great time the 1st time, and still had a blast. Even better i think because of the new outside dining area. My family loves it here! Hosts are quick to respond to our requests and concerns, and very much accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay. 💙

We enjoyed our stay! Ms Ellen was accommodating and let us check in early. Kuya Bernie, the caretaker, was super helpful— gave us clear directions to locate the house and offered to buy rice for us. The place is spacious, with a big pool at the center that’s heated! The bedrooms are clean but the AC had a difficult time cooling the room (prolly bcoz of the heat?) so we all slept on the floor near the aircon vent. The mirror in the bathroom is spotty so you cant see your reflection properly. The ref had a sour smell (like kimchi) that was absorbed by some of our food. There was also a stray cat who ate our loaf of bread and some snacks on the table.

The place is private. Apart from the videoke noise from the nearby resort during our stay, it is pretty quiet. We let our dogs roam the whole day worry-free since it is fenced and they kept the gate closed. The pool is clean and they have a complete kitchen setup. We enjoyed the cool breeze, and the sight of a vast grassy field and farm animals. Please note that they have fair share of insects. Staffs are friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jana!

Highly recommended! 💯 We had a problem in our original place and airbnb support let us rebook to other place on the same day and Mam Giezel was able to accommodate us right away. The effort of traveling to this place and cleaning it right away is very much appreciated. 🙂 - comfy beds - Clean cr and super bango! As in! - Complete kitchen tools and free water - Fast wifi and tv na may netflix - Quiet neighborhood Lastly, kudos to the host talaga. They let us feel very welcome and at home. The hosts are superb. They are very accommodating, they help you with your every need. You will definitely feel safe and secured for especially you will always see kuya Israel (caretaker) nearby. We cgose to stay in the resort than going to the veach for it was too crowded the time we went there. They will cater to your every need and they are just a text away. We jad a few problem with the tv but we understand that the internwt signal that time was a bit slow. Great choice and hopefully we can go back very soon. Ms. Josephine is a super host! Very accommodating. We asked for a favor and with no hestitation granted it. The place is clean, smells good, in a quiet neighborhood, has complete amenities. Location is good too. My family loved staying there. We are looking forward on staying at Ms. Joephine's place again. Kuya Lito is welcoming as well. Recommending it. 11/10

I had a good 2 days and was able to comfortably settle in the place and attend a wedding within the area. place and accommodation makes you feel at home.

We had to be moved quickly from a place that wasn’t clean and Joannes place was just around the corner. Although she was unresponsive due to being out of the country her parents were available to help us and get settled in. The place had recently been refurbished and all 3 bathrooms were brand new. New tiles and suits. The showers were amazing. Road noise was an issue as it’s close to a main road, however don’t let this put you off. Earplugs made it easy to sleep and the noise was mainly during the day when we were mostly out. The rear bedroom was noise free. The house was well equipped but Wi-Fi wasn’t great this bothered our kids but no us as we were there to relax and see family. The only other feedback would been response time. If your not able to respond the have an alternative persons number available We loved our time here and wish Joanne all the best with her business. We would definitely use this place again.
