Beautiful walks on our doorstep include climbing up & around Solsbury Hill for city views, exploring the gentle expanse of the Catherine valley and strolling into Bath along the canal. Tucked away at the bottom of our large garden, beside a gentle brook, the Dye House offers a peaceful comfortable retreat. A pool for summer & a woodburner for winter! A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Harptree Cottage is a three bedroom barn conversion centrally positioned in the beautiful peaceful village of East Harptree, part of the Mendip Area of Outstanding Beauty. A perfect base for an active break there are an abundance of fantastic walking/running or cycling routes from the doorstep, yet we are also only a short hop from the cities of Bristol, Bath and Wells. In addition to the beautiful surroundings we really are spoilt for choice with great pubs and restaurants nearby!

A lovely light and peaceful barn set in the countryside just outside the world heritage city of Bath. Fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of wonderful walks through the Cam valley and beyond right from your front door. Two wonderful pubs within walking distance. The kitchen area is small with a fridge, kettle, toaster and single induction ring, so good for simple meals and breakfasts. Please note there is no dining area in the barn so meals have to be eaten on laps!

The Old Stable is a beautiful one-bedroom detached barn conversion which can accommodate up to four guests. Newly renovated in 2021 to a luxurious standard with plenty of character, beamed ceilings, bifold doors and stylish furnishings. The property has breathtaking views over the Mendips and the Chew Valley Lakes. There is even a walk down to the lake which is 400 yards away. One well behaved dog is welcome. Please ensure that when you make your booking you add the £10 pet fee.

This converted barn is one of three cottages situated at the end of a quiet lane on the family's working sheep farm in the picturesque village of Kelston. Although only ten drive minutes from the centre of Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol it is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by rolling hills. It is a cosy single storey property with a luxuriously large corner whirlpool bath, electric 'wood burning stove' effect fire and pretty wrought iron bed.

A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.
