Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (kingsize bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

A clean, compact space with comfortable double bed, private entrance and en-suite facilities. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

Lovely 2 bedroomed guest suite & private entrance

Lovely large self-contained guest suite with one large room with a king sized bed, and one smaller room with a double bed. There is a spacious modern bathroom with a large shower and bath. Please note that there is no kitchen. We live in an adjoining house but you will have your own front door access, and your own bathroom, landing and stairs . Just a 20 minute walk from the beautiful city centre and just round the corner from shops, cafes and Oldfield Park Station.

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

Contemporary annex on the lower slopes of Lansdown, Bath. This modern, light and nicely proportioned annex, is next to our home, but completely detached. It is a self-contained unit with a private entrance and private off-street parking. Located in Lansdown on the northern slopes of Bath we are only a 0.6mile / 12-minute walk to The Royal Crescent. Close to both Kingswood and The Royal High School.
