Had a great stay. Perfect location. Close to the beach, close to local restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend and will stay there again for sure!

Our stay was exactly what we needed, close to our family and private to relax before a graduation ceremony and concert performance by our son. Cooking was a highlight to retain a sense of belonging after an intense travel experience from the other side of Australia. Thank you for sharing your space and making our first AirBnB experience enjoyable.

Our family had a lovely time. The house felt very comfortable and ‘homely’ right away. Our young kids particularly enjoyed access to the grassy backyard and sandpit as well as the picture books on the bookshelf. A really convenient, safe and quiet location. The instruction booklet in the entry way also provided lots of information about the area which was helpful and thoughtful. We would highly recommend it! Thanks Claire and Rhys!

We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 2 children and this place was just absolutely phenomenal for our needs. The kids couldn’t believe their luck when they saw how much there was to do! The pool was brilliant for the whole family and we played cricket every day too. The jacuzzi was just perfect for the grown-ups to enjoy in the evening too, with a nice glass of local wine (kindly provided by the hosts). The house is so spacious that you really don’t need to leave! Kylie was also super responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her. Would highly recommend staying here with kids. They’ll love it!

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Killy Dora was immaculately presented. The kitchen was well stocked, we wanted for nothing. Every room was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of televisions to amuse multi aged families. There was a great set up for wheel chair access, a ramp for entry, great access to the kitchen/dining area, main bedroom and ensuite. If in an electric scooter style wheel chair, aid may need to be given when using the toilet as there is only a hand rail on one side of the toilet and the distance from the wall to the toilet is a little tight. But this will vary depending on the size of the wheel chair used and may not be an issue for everyone. The rear yard was a great size. Plenty of room for children to play, room to turn the car around and space for the dogs to run. The only issue we had was that the rear yard was not secure for medium to large dogs, so we had to be with our dog all of the time and could not have left her unattended in the yard. Great home, perfect for our needs. Bronwyn was a great host, very accomodating. A lovely large home with plenty of space and a big yard - perfect for our small family and grandparents. Would recommend!

Fran’s place was beautiful. The surroundings were stunning and the house was perfect for 2 young families. Although the floorboards creaked and the kitchen was a tad old, it added to the character of the house. Our kids were entertained the whole weekend. As were the adults. Fran was wonderful at communicating up to the booking dates as well as when we were staying there. Would 100% stay again!! Perfect for couples and also young families.

The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

We absolutely love staying at this air bnb. If you have young children don’t think twice! This is our second time staying with our toddler and the apartment is perfect with children- our son gets so excited and it makes it so easy for us as parents not having to lug around toys or things for him to play with. The apartment itself if gorgeous and comfortable with great shower pressure and the complex is new and beautiful. We particularly love the area- it’s a five minute walk to many of the main shopping malls and there are so many good restaurants and coffee shops. I can’t see us staying anywhere else when we go to Melbourne from now on!

What an absolute gem of an apartment! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom AND laundry! Handily located. Close to public transport but within very close walking distance to all amenities. Very peaceful vibe. Anthony was a delight to deal with. Responsive to messages and provided a list of local attractions. HIGHLY recommended.

This was our third stay in this apartment, need I say more? The location is fantastic, easy walk to laneways, galleries, shopping and transport. Close to great restaurants, bars and comedy venues during the festival. Hosts are friendly and responsive and the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Melbourne.

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

Great host, great place, close to cbd, this is my third time staying with Lee

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
