The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

The Beach Shack #3 is a 2 bed 1 bath older mobile home that allows you to have time to just relax & enjoy nearby beaches. Amenities: AC, washer/dryer, towels, Stocked kitchen, deck/patio will help make your beach getaway restful and easy. While you're visiting, hang out with friends or family for an evening of conversation at our fire pit or use the BBQ outdoor kitchen. Grab coffee & pastries at the Tokeland Hotel 3 doors down or enjoy some of the nearby activities. This is Pet friendly space.

The Heron Hangout is a newly renovated home with an astonishing view of the Willapa Bay. The 2466 sq. ft. house sits on 4 plus acres, secluded from neighbors for a peaceful getaway. The Willapa Bay has an abundance of wildlife; it is common to see Blue Heron, ducks, geese, eagles and deer. Boats and dredges used in the oyster and steamer clam industry go past as the tide goes in and out. Venturing out and exploring all that the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer is just a short drive away.

The Oysterville Guesthouse is located at the tip of the Long Beach Peninsula in the historic 1854 village of Oysterville Washington. The guesthouse has 3 bedrooms and one bath, a loft with a view of Willapa Bay and a large back garden area with a fire pit and barbecue along with herbs and berries for your use. The Guesthouse overlooks a beautiful meadow that is often visited by deer, elk, heron and eagles. Both the beach and Leadbetter are 5 minute drives from Oysterville.
