This house worked really well for our family. the rooms are well-proportioned, the beds were comfy and the house was clean. there were a few bakeries and eateries within walking distance and a star market a 7 min drive away. There's a public park with a runni g track 2 min walking distance away. Overall great house!

I would definitely recommend this rental, it was close to the areas we wanted to visit, it was extremely clean and very cozy. It was easy to reach Lauren and any questions we had were answered quickly. Easy check in and check out, overall a wonderful experience and I would book this place again.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

A great base while my child attended a sailing course at Duxbury Bay Maritime School. This is a lovely area. Bogs, salt marshes, beaches. The house was very clean and beds super comfortable. Sunset over the pond is beautiful ! Advertised as max 8 people though there is only bed space for 4. Having said that, there is plenty of space in the house for more people with air mattresses. Only other comment is that there is not much in the kitchen. Nespresso machine but no pods. No other coffee maker that I saw. Salt and pepper in the cupboard but nothing else. No pasta strainer. Small things that didn't overall impact our experience but worth mentioning.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The location is beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable with gorgeous views of the lake from almost all the living spaces. Our hosts were so helpful with information and went above and beyond to help us have a great Easter celebration with our family. We even had perfect weather everyday which allowed us to enjoy the huge deck overlooking the lake. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Air BnB. Home is lovely with huge kitchen and four bedrooms. The location right across the street from Minot Beach is amazing, and the North Scituate commuter rail station is less than 10 minutes away, so it was very easy to go into Boston. Two things for renters to be aware of: there is no washer/dryer, and the neighboring houses are very close by. We visited off season, so it was very quiet, but in season this would be a fun and busy beach location. Highly recommend!

Nathan's place was a joy to stay in. It's a beautiful house with a lot of charm right next to the gorgeous Mount Auburn Cemetery. Go to Sofra's for breakfast and pastries!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family trip to Boston - a short walk to Boston Commons, and close to the T to get anywhere in the city quickly. We loved the historic charm of the house, and the well equipped kitchen made breakfasts easy each morning before we took off on our Freedom Trail adventures. Thanks for a great stay!

Great cozy place to stay near Boston. Highly recommend for someone who’s looking for a peaceful spot to rest after a day in the city.

This is a fabulous Airbnb for a large group. We were an extended family group of 8, and it was perfect. It's a beautifully furnished old house, with a user-friendly living area on the main floor, and 2 floors of bedrooms upstairs. There is lots of space to gather and enjoy the evening, with a well-stocked kitchen and dining area, which was great for making dinner for 10 people. But with space to get away to the bedrooms if desired. The bedrooms were what we expected, one huge, one small and 2 medium sized, just as described. All comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were great. There was convenient free parking for our 2 cars. It was easy to walk to the T to get into downtown Boston, or easy to drive in. We loved our stay here, and were the envy of our friends! Our only negative is that it was hard to control the temperature, as it is a lovely old house on 3 stories, so the downstairs could be cold or the upstairs too hot, but we worked with it, no problem. We loved our stay, highly recommended

Beautiful home with a serene captivating back yard that will transport you to a best vacation possible. The home is big, well furnished and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is amazing and the living room is so bright overlooking the backyard. The hosts Frank & Mary are wonderful and available & responsive to help with anything you need, anytime. They really made our stay super comfortable. I am going to miss waking upto sounds of birds and nature. Thank you Mary and Frank for hosting me in your beautiful home. Highly recommended

We had enjoyed our stay on the first floor of this house in the heart of a very nice Jamaica Plain neighborhood. The house is only about a 10 minute (or less) walk to the Stony Brook station of the orange T line, so very convenient for traveling to various places in Boston. The rooms were clean, the kitchen is spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed streaming Andor on the Disney channel (Netflix was also available) in the evenings after we got back from touring downtown Boston. Recommended.

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

Like others' recommendation, Anna is such a warm hearted and knowledgable host. She will always care about you, good at communication while keep certain privacy. She will prepare you coffee and tea and cookie in the morning. Her house is very clean located at beautiful, peaceful and safe neighborhood with direct bus stop nearby. She help make my BM trip so easy and I will defenitely book again in the future and recommend to others.

Anna is a very nice and pleasant host! I had a great two nights of sleep. There was coffee in the morning in a nice dining room. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamara’s house. We arrived very late at night and everything is ready for us. We are a family of five and we do quite a bit of cooking. We got everything we needed from the house, saved us time and money. Highly recommend this house to everyone visiting the Boston/Newton area.
