The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.

Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

John and Ligaya are responsive and easily to talk with. I had lots of fun speaking with John and it is really worth it staying at their home. If ever I return to Pangasinwan, I will surely rent out their place again!

We had an awesome stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and we love the fact that there are a lot of electric outlets. The caretakers were very pleasant, too. We were planning to extend but the caretaker said they are booked the following day.

We loved gathering around the bonfire, where unlimited firewood and a thoughtfully designed setup added a cozy, intentional touch to our evening. The pool was another highlight—perfectly clean, with just the right depth and a fresh, inviting feel, all while offering a stunning view of the picturesque rice fields. Our fur babies had the time of their lives, exploring the vast outdoor space. As responsible pet owners, we appreciated the pet deposit policy, ensuring everyone could enjoy the space responsibly. Lastly, the people caring for the property were wonderful, making everything easy and enjoyable.
