There is a kind of magic in a place like this. Off the beaten path, down a dirt road through a local community is this piece of paradise that Blaine has imagined, built and is kindly opening up for others to experience. A minimalist tiny home with all the basic amenities for a comfy stay, set amongst a diverse garden where it’s clear to see, every rock, plant and feature has been thoughtfully planted or placed. Walk the back path straight to the turquoise waters edge and jump in, or just read or sit and stare and take it all in. An entire week spent here never to be forgotten. A massive thank you to Blaine and Nanay for the most wonderfully warm hospitality and home cooked meals as well as the space and privacy given to enjoy our own time. We highly recommend staying here. Clean and great place to stay, I would have love it more if it has a kitchen amenities for cooking and if it’s on lower ground but all in all it was amazing stay & had wonderful time in Ormoc. Thank you Gabriel for accommodating us!

We enjoyed staying at Jeanielou's home. Her family was very accommodating and friendly. The home is very well designed, big area for family and friends to gather, and for us the location was perfect as we have family in both Ormoc City and Albuera. We will be back soon! This is a must visit location if you are in the area! The entire apartment comes with two fully functioning air conditioners that really help to cut into the brutal heat of Leyte. The fridge is massive and looks brand new which will make storing food, a basic must for the area, simple and easy. There is a brand-new bathroom outside if you desire to use it. The heat in the main bathrooms water channel is incredibly easy to use and actually maintains the temperature. Gary also provides two high tech fans that can be used to further cool the residence. You won't need them, but they can be useful to help cancel some of the outside noise coming from the basketball court/road We rented a car from Gary while we were there (recommended) which unfortunately had a breakdown while we were using it. Within an hour, Gary had another car ready for us to use. Homer and Ann, his two workers, are available 24/7 which makes any issue you may have easily addressed We will be back!

We had a great family staycation at the villa! The place was beautifully designed—stylish, cozy, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was peaceful. The stairs can be a bit tricky, so make sure to keep an eye on the little ones. Overall, a great experience! 🥰

Had a great stay, nice and cozy. Felt very welcomed and safe and secure. Everything was nice and clean. Will use again when i make another trip. Enjoyed being able to cook meals and hot showers. I will recommend this place for all. The staff was always friendly.

Our stay was awesome! Ate Judy was very accommodating, proactive and helpful. The place was really beautiful and a complete package with all the amenities you can use and a few minutes away from a gorgeous beach! A 100% would recommend this place if you want a peaceful, friendly and awesome stay at the island. Bonus, ate Judy's siopaos are super delicious! Would definitely miss them. 🥰🥰🥰

Hosts went above and beyond their service. They were very welcoming but also gave us space and privacy at the same time. The place itself is very good for a staycation. We never wanted to go out. We stayed inside the whole duration of our stay and only went out for pool and beach. The view and atmosphere were superb!

Such a great stay for the price! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You really get more than what you pay for. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort on a budget!
