Tons of storage, shelving and plenty of closet space. Just 20 mins from Downtown, nestled in lush nature 200 ft from the street. Private, cozily sleeps 4 in short-term stays and 2 for long-term. Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Do note, the two levels of the home are separated and I occupy the basement with my dog, Rusty. Completely separate entrances.
