This was a great find! Cozy, spacious, and terrific accommodations. Very affordable and convenient to all things Hilton Head. Very responsive rental agency. We locked ourselves out by accident late at night and they were able to get us in minutes. Highly recommend this location. The 10 of us hadva wonderful time.

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends. It’s a really well appointed house, super clean, spacious bedrooms and a great garage that makes coming in from the beach easy. And the kids loved the warm pool. The local beach was beautiful and we had a great time biking all the paths.

We had never been to Edisto Island it was very relaxing , beautiful surroundings , easy walk or bike ride to the beach ! Edisto is a great place to get away and relax. The house was comfortable and looked just like the pictures . If you’re looking to relax at the beach get away from your busy life , slow down , then Edisto is your place !

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

Our multi-generational family group had a wonderful stay here. The home had everything we needed, beds were comfy, kitchen and baths were well stocked. The walk to the beach was very easy and the ability to drive and park at other nearby beach entrances was great for a change of pace. Communication between Kristin and partners was excellent. They responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful in offering advice when we had questions about the area. We would definitely stay there again!

The property was just like the pictures and descriptions. It was close to retail and restaurants. Calynn was very pleasant and shared information about the area and amenities. We would stay here again.

This was my maiden voyage with Airbnb and it was outstanding. I was a little awkward at first with receiving communications in a moving car and unable to remember logins and passwords, but it all worked out beautifully. Huge thanks for making our time at Hilton Head Island memorable!

Great week at the Marina! Retirees, don't even own a boat. Fun experience, must come back. JUST YES Our experience at the apt- Room temps perfect. Bldg regulated to stay between 68-71, blessing, zero to deal with. Info states mgr can be contacted if uncomfortable. How great is that?! Can contact for trash pick up. Bed, bedding, pillows, all exquisite, not exaggerating. Best bed ever. Relaxing colors, decor. Overhead fans, smooth & easy. So quiet can't tell they're on. Lighting excellent, dimmers on many, lamps all where they should be, end tables provided where needed, nice furniture, & a cozy cubby desk area that we used daily. Large bathroom, large shower, fresh clean shower liner, plenty of hot water. Nothing funky or weird, all faucets and overhead smooth, easy. Supplies plentiful, starter waters, few K cups. Silverware, dishes, pots & pans, etc all good quality, easy to find, excellent appliances. Check out newer Harris Teeter nearby, Cypress Wetlands Port Royal more. Thanks Tom

We always love our stay here. Great place for a small family and we love and fenced in yard for our dog. And Claudia is always quick to respond and makes sure your stay is great.

Amazing location and a very modern, well decorated unit. Directly adjacent to beach slip was very easy access for our family and kids. Brandi went above and beyond providing beach essentials such as a wagon, umbrella, chairs and toys. The unit was clean and well designed with everything we needed. Location to Coligny shops, restaurants and Low Country playground very close also. We will be back!

Our stay at Cozy was perfect for the two of us and we had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean. The location was perfect as well, a short walk across the street to Coligny Plaza with all the shops and restaurants and a walk out back to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Cozy if we return to Hilton Head.

Our stay at Brandy’s place was exactly what we needed! We started our trip on the wrong foot by finding out that our original accommodations were not what we were expecting. We were able to resolve this and get booked with Brandy the very next day, and were so relieved when we arrived to her place! It was spotless, and really felt like a well-managed, well-maintained vacation rental. Coligny Plaza is about a 15-minute walk, and about half that by bike. The outdoor pool was undergoing renovations, but the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely! Beach chairs and wagon were included, and on our last day we found a pickleball set in the closet! Everything was as described, and our stay was wonderful. Brandy was very responsive EVEN while she was in Europe on vacation. We had an amazing experience working with her on-site property manager who took care of everything we needed. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend booking with Brandy!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

This was our second time staying at Anne’s condo. It was a great location & was perfect for our needs. We were working during our stay, so we never had time to visit the beach, but saw many families taking the short walk to the beach.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

Wonderful place to stay at Hilton Head. The beach was walking distance, great restaurants and shops nearby. I would stay here again. 😀😀😀

Booked this for a quick stay while we had friends from the UK staying. This was a great location for access to a beautiful beach and the pools were ideal for the kids! The space was a great size for the amount of days we stayed and for 5 people. Steve and Jenna were very proactive with their welcome messages and also very quick to respond when we had questions.
